The hosts were great! They thought of everything that a renter could ever need! They gave me their cell number if we needed anything. House was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could possibly want. House was comfortable and welcoming. Great kitchen. It was cold when we stayed there. But the house is well built and tight.

New Haven Cottage was lovely! Rooms were nice and airy. Kitchen was large open space. Location was conveinient to waterfall hikes and local restaurants in Brevard. Tom made sure we could check in easily and independently when we arrived. Would definitely reccommend!

New haven far exceeded our expectations. Tom was extremely communicative. We felt very supported. This is our second time staying at this great house. It is very nice, great location, lots of space for two couples. We enjoyed fly fishing two half days, walking around Brevard checking out shops, galleries and great restaurants. Our hosts couldn’t be more accommodating- very nice. Communication, etc. is great. This was the ideal base to explore Brevard and the Land of Waterfalls. We spent five nights here. The home is convenient to shopping in Brevard. There were just two of us, but the home could accommodate a larger family. It is well equipped. We fixed most of our meals here. Wi-Fi was excellent. Communication with the owners was clear and easy. We hated to leave!

We were moving my son into Brevard College and stayed a few extra days to explore Brevard and Pisgah National Forest. The home was clean, new, and beautiful. It was close to all locations that we wanted to visit.

NewHaven stay was fantastic

NewHaven is a beautiful home with plenty of room that sits within minutes walking distance from downtown Brevard and minutes driving distance to marvelous state parks. Tom and Duval were wonderful to rent from - very attentive to making sure we had a wonderful visit. My wife said we would definitely return and I agree. A wonderful week all-in-all.

Amazing Stay

This was a perfect house to stay in for our party! The house was well stocked and the communication was great. I cannot say enough good things about the house and the location. We summer in Brevard a lot and this is my favorite house so far!

We spent a weekend in Brevard to attend shows at the Music Center. Enjoyed staying at the Fisher St. house - warm, comfortable, beautiful house, good location for getting to the Music Center, restaurants, etc.

Duval and Tom were exemplary. One could not ask for a better rental home. Very clean, well-stocked and all facets of the rental went perfectly. The communication with the owners was very prompt and accurate. They could not have been nicer. There was plenty of local travel information/brochures which really came in handy. Amazing Getaway!

I highly recommend NewHaven for your next trip to Brevard. The owners were very responsive and provided great information about things to do in the area. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean! The proximity to the bike path, Ingles, and downtown Brevard made this the perfect place for our getaway. Even though it is very close to other houses, you don’t notice that because of the blinds that can be adjusted from the top so you can have daylight but don't have to see the houses next door. The neighborhood was very peaceful and perfectly located for a quick trip to town, activities, etc. We enjoyed the White Squirrel Festival and were able to get a great picture of a white squirrel on our bike ride. Then we saw another one while sitting on the front porch. We had an incredible time of fun and relaxation!

The Bohemian Restaurant on Main Street was one of our favorites!
So fun to actually see a white squirrel up close!
Square Root is another one of our favorite restaurants!

Second Stay

This was the second time my family has stayed at this property. As it was the first time, the home is well appointed. If you are visiting the Brevard area, I would definitely recommend this home and its great location . We also appreciate the owners communication and availability if there are any questions.

SORBA SUMMIT

My spouse and another couple stayed at this rental for the weekend to attend the SORBA SUMMIT. We loved the house and the location! Extremely clean, new and very well located to everything downtown. Very well appointed with plenty of space for 4-6 people. The owners called to personally check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Exceptional! I will always try to book this spot first on my future trips to Brevard!
