Perfect cottage in the wonderful town of Brevard. This was a solo trip with my dog & we both enjoyed the area. The host is very responsive & made everything easy. The cottage is well kept and has a lovely landscaped yard.

Great stay close to downtown.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great and we enjoyed to aesthetics of the home as well, would definitely stay again in the future!

My stay at the Red Cottage exceeded all of my expectations. The house is charming and cozy, and the hosts really put a lot of thought into all of the details that make a space comfortable for their guests. It's also walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars and grocery stores. I can't wait to come back!

This was such a great spot, all the amenities you could want, our pup FJ was super stoked having a fenced in yard for zoomies. The porch is delightful! Will definitely stay again:)))

This is a lovely place with a private hot tub. We love the convenient location to downtown and to mountain bike trails. We would totally rent this place again.

Great little get away in Brevard! Nice fenced in yard for our dog and the cottage was a little bigger than we were expecting, which was a nice surprise! Front porch and hot tub are great for relaxing

Great location in the Lumberyard district. Walking distance to Ecustra trail. Enjoyed the front porch swing for morning coffee and afternoon reading, so did our pup! Very welcoming to pets. Quiet and private- will definitely return.

Didn’t use any of the amenities listed, but directions for their use was clear and if one had issues, the owner’s contact number was available.I liked its location. I was there to do some hiking and it was located close to what I wanted to do. It was also a short walk to downtown and the college.I’d stay there again.

Cozy, clean and convenient location to explore Brevard and surrounding areas. We appreciated how dog-friendly the accommodations are for our 3 pups. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect spot near downtown

We have a wonderful stay in the little red cottage, it was clean and beautiful, we walked to downtown Brevard, a great yard for our pups…comfy couch and bed, we hope to be back!!
