The Villa is just 500 metres from the centre of Castelletto, while the Affi motorway exit is 25 km away.
The Marciaga golf course is 15 km away and within a radius of 20 km there are 2 paragliding take-off points among the most popular in Europe.
Verona, with all its historical masterpieces awaits you just 30 km away and the wonderful Venice is 170 km away.
The Villa represents an ideal starting point to experience the lake at 360 degrees and practice all water sports, but also mountain bike trips, hiking and horse riding excursions.

The villa is as described, lovely place with excellent views over Lake Garden, impressed with the area / path to the village, which is 5 minutes walk away. Additional free parking at the boat yard was excellent. Only negative feedback was the threadbare sofa in the living area, could do with a recover, that said everything else was absolutely fine.

Great apartment and amazing host

We stayed at Gino's property for 3 night and had an awesome experience. Both Gino and Stefano were extremely helpful and communicative. Property's location is outstanding and it is very well equiped.

Richtig toll!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus, alles passte perfekt. Lage top und genug Platz im Haus. Die 3 Terassen waren ebenso spitze. Außer über eine Klimaanlage könnte man nachdenken :). Vielen Dank auch an Stefano

Gute Lage zum See mit ein paar Abstrichen

Das Haus liegt schön am See mit herrlichem Ausblick. Auch die Terrasse ist groß und man such gut entspannen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war der kleine Stellplatz für das Auto vor dem Haus. Mit einem großen Auto oder Van hat man keine Chance dort zu parken. Im Haus müsste einiges neu gemacht werden. Die Matratzen in einem Schlafzimmer waren weit unter dem Standard. Insgesamt aber war der Aufenthalt ok.

Schönes Haus direkt am See

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut und die Aussicht von allen drei Terrassen wunderschön. Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Alles, wie zu Hause auch im Objekt vorhanden. Bügeleisen und Tisch, Cafemaschine, Liege- und Terrassenstühle mit Auflagen. uvm.
