Hotel is after Bankruptcy - no phones or refridge in rooms, but stil a grand hotel with rooms facing the Weser river and interesting boat traffic. I hope they make it!

Super kompetenter Service! 1A Lage am Wasser!

Moin, ich hatte online 3 Wochen zuvor gebucht und meine Buchung kam durch einen IT Fehler von Hotels.com nicht im Hotel an. Obwohl sie bei meiner Ankunft ausgebucht waren haben die Mitarbeiter und der Inhaber alles gegeben, dass ich meinen beruflichen Aufenthalt trotz teurer Messepreise in einem "Weser Zimmer" direkt am Wasser verbringen konnte. Alle waren super freundlich, alles war sehr sauber und die Lage direkt am Wasser ist unschlagbar. Selbst mit einem großen Transporter bekommt man immer einen Parkplatz direkt auf dem Hotelparkplatz. 10 von 10 Punkte! Komme gerne wieder!

Strandlust Vegesack

Ein 4 Sterne Hotel das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bei unserer Ankunft um 17 Uhr war das nicht gemacht. Wir haben dann direkt ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Während unserem Aufenthalt wurde unser Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Aussicht einfach toll. Wir hatten den Blick auf die Weser. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Fußgängerzone und am Wochenmarkt der drei mal die Woche stattfindet. Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Leider waren die Rollos kaputt, durften zwar umziehen, aber trotzdem war es mega heiß in den Zimmern. Handtuch war mit Make-Up verschmiert, überall lag viel Staub - auch in den Fluren. Frühstück für 15€ p.P zu teuer. Aussicht vom Hotel ist sehr schön.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auch die Einrichtung war sehr schön. Mir fehlte Kaffee, Tee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Ist eigentlich schon überall Standard. Das Frühstück für 15,00 Euro war schon sehr bescheiden. Service und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war sehr gut.

Positiv überrascht, schöner als die Fotos. Sehr sauber und der Ausblick ist der Hammer! Gerne wieder! Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Es wäre gut, wenn ein Klingel auf der Rezeption gestellt wird, damit das Check in und Check out schneller wird.

Unsere Buchung lag nicht vor, obwohl wir 3 Wochen vorher gebucht hatten. Das Hotel wird nur noch mit dem allernötigsten betrieben. Das Zimmer war wohl noch eines der besten Zimmer. Gardinen aus der Schiene gesprungen, abgebrochener Fenstergriff, die Nachtschränke brachen schon beim Hinschauen zusammen. Es war sauber, die Bettwäsche frisch und die Dusche hatte warmes Wasser. Der Frühstücksraum war das ehemalige Restaurant und hatte seinen Charme längst verloren. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war in Ordnung und der Service freundlich. Aber in der Gesamtheit werden wir hier nicht wieder übernachten, denn der Preis war für das Gebotene überteuert.
