great location

The location and amenities are excellent, steps from the Village ski school and quicksilver lift, and town. Pool is small but indoor/outdoor and there are 4 hot tubs, great amenities.My only issue was the phone app based key card system. It failed a few times, and with kids made for some minor issues. The desk cannot give physical cards as its a different management company, but the people that did help me were efficient and excellent. I just think upon checkin physical keys should also be given, and not just relying on the app. In theory it's great, but technology...

Property was clean, in great shape, had pretty views, and fantastic location. Everyone was very nice and overall an awesome experience. It would be nice if the keys could be picked up at the actual location, though, instead of several blocks away. But other than that I would give it an A+ rating!
