The resort is listed as 5 mins drive from the Breckenridge ski resort but even under ideal road conditions (no snow or ice) and without traffic it was between 15-17 mins drive!

The cabin was spacious enough for our teenagers to spread out and pet friendly which was a huge plus! It had all the necessities we needed to cook there. It was conveniently located (not far from skiing and town). Host was easy to communicate with, check in was easy.

We loved this cabin. It was so pretty outside with the snow. The house was clean and in great shape. It was so quiet out there, but still close to Breckenridge.

This house was amazing! Literally my mountain A frame dream home. Plenty of space for my friends and I celebrating my 40th birthday and being close to the mountain for snowboarding. The fans and air humidifiers were nice to have, along with the wood burning fir stove. The home was very clean, tucked into the mountains minutes from Breckenridge. The host had great communication, was very kind, and I would love to definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin just outside Breckenridge. The space was perfect for our group—plenty of beds and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The location was ideal: close enough to town for quick trips to restaurants and shops, yet tucked away in a peaceful, scenic setting that felt like a true mountain escape. One morning, we even spotted a moose right outside the window—such a magical moment! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in the Rockies.

Absolutely loved this house. Loved the size of the house, well stocked kitchen, GREAT location only 7 minutes from downtown Breck. AMAZING yard area; firepit, horseshoe game, back deck. Loved this place- most likely will be back!

Here’s a polished review you can post on VRBO:⸻We absolutely loved our stay! The home was cozy, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch—it was the perfect spot after peaceful walks and nearby hikes. The location is serene yet convenient, and communication with the host was excellent. We’d happily stay here again!

Its such a mixed bag its hard to say. The place was a great size and comfortable. However, there was a foul smell that hit you as you walked in and seriously bothered my daughter in law. We are thinking that there may have been smokers who didnt respect the owner's rules. When we got home, i had to wash everything because the smell permeated everything including our soft sided luggage and even our dog.Such a shame because it was a well stocked, delightful place otherwise. They reached out to see what they could do, but there honestly wasnt anything that could be done.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but not sure if we would book it again. The house is in a neighborhood in Blue River. The location is beautiful and the house is very nice and in a private setting.Pros: Very spacious main level. All 3 bedrooms were large and spacious. (Note that the bedroom with twins is a regular twin better suited for kids rather than anyone taller than 5’10 as your feet will dangle off)The loft actually has a small bedroom with two twins and another twin outside the room.Located 5 mins outside of Breckenridge.Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Gas grill in the backLots out outdoor seating and tons of beautiful wildflowersCons: The outdoor area was very overgrown to the point where I cut some of the grass with scissors so we could use the outdoor space.The main level of the house is very dark even though the pictures look bright. It could really use some windows in the family room area. Master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. The mattress is hard and uneven.The overall house is very nice and spacious. It’s just needs a little TLC.
