It’s the largest and only penthouse unit at Skiwatch and an ideal place to stay no matter how many are in your group (accommodates 12 to 13).

This penthouse includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a great room and a loft entertainment room on the 2nd story (1,600 square feet). Great location and plenty of parking. Very convenient for ski in/out to all peaks. Views of slope were great from large patio. Host was very responsive to any questions I had and when we had a problem with one bunk bed it was fixed the next morning. The kitchen was the most well stocked with different appliances and place settings than any other accommodations we have rented. We would definitely book these accommodations when in Breckenridge.

The view of the mountain, slopes and lodge were outstanding. The location at the base of Peak 8 made for easy ski in-out and it's a short walk to the lodge. Hot tubs with a slopeside view were also a nice feature. Parking was convenient in two covered areas (*Warning - watch your ski/roof rack clearance as it's very low. My only complaint).
