Location of the house was perfect. It is only a couple of minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Activities like snow moving, hiking, cross country skiing and shopping are not far. The views from the house are breathtaking. The House has everything you would need. My family loved our stay! Thank you!

Quiet getaway with great view

Quiet neighborhood. Great view of the mountains from the balcony and through the den picture window. Enjoyed sitting in the big hot tub in the evening and looking at the mountains. Nice hiking trails next to the property. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Family vacation

We stayed at this ski house for a spring break family ski vacation. We are a family of 5. House had everything we needed. You will need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets- as they only supply enough to get a family of five through the first day and a half. Also, the 4 wheel drive was definitely needed to get up the driveway after a fresh snow. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot. My 13 year old made the lower level his area and loved it. We never ran out of hot water, everything was clean. Location was good for us as well. I would stay here again. Also, we had the pleasant surprise of seeing two moose wander up the driveway and through the yard. very cool.

A wonderful quiet getaway!

We loved our stay and would stay again and recommend to others. The location was perfect; quiet with great views and quick access to town/amenities. This was the best appointed rental I’ve stayed in. We had absolutely everything we needed. As has been previously mentioned, be aware of steep steps for littles or anyone with mobility limitations.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Summer Retreat

This was a wonderful experience for us. We were close to town with restaurants and amenities, including racquet club for tennis, as well as surrounded by great walking trails. The best aspect, however, was its pet-friendly policy. Everything is better when you can experience it with a dog.

Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at his home. The location was ideal for beautiful mountain views yet super close to Main Street Breck. The house was extremely clean and modern, and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. I would definitely make this my go-to when visiting Breckenridge.

nice mountain stay

Super clean, virus sensitive. Nice neighborhood for walks, huge hot tub was the cleanest I've ever seen. Enclosed back yard was handy for the dogs. Kitchen very well equipped but without the zillion pots and utensils that tend to accumulate in a rental and clutter up the kitchen (big pet peeve). Steep driveway will be tricky in winter without a four wheel drive. Large parking area at top was fun for kids playing. Nice towels, new Maytag commercial washer & dryer was helpful.

Beautiful views and great location. House has easy access to hiking trails and is only about a 7-8 minute drive to breckenridge. Living spaces are a little small but worked for our family of five. Some minor renovations in process and house could have been cleaner, but overall very nice.

Family Get Away

Took my 3 young adult children, husband & our little dog on this trip. The place was amazing with everything we needed & so close to downtown Breckenridge. We went hiking, site seeing and did a little shoping. The restuarants are amazing. We expecialy loved the Breckenridge Tap House. Can't wait to come back for a longer visit.

Great house!

We are a family of 6, and there was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. Everything was very clean, and in great working order. The house is very close to town and the ski hill . The drive way is very steep and slick with the snow. Someone came and removed the snow every morning but I think it would have been helpful to sand/salt the driveway .

The rug in front of the door to the hot tub deck was slick and there were some near falls do to it. No hand soap in the bathroom. There was water on the floor in front of the washing machine that we did send a notification to the manager. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Great little home with awesome views okay that works

We'll appointed, well equipped, neat and clean home with great views in a really neighborhood, just outside of town. Ample seating in living room, with large screen ROKU TV, cable, and internet. We enjoyed use of the gas grill for the occasional meal at home, and appreciated the dog-friendly booking. Would definitely stay again!
