Amazing condo

Stayed here for a few days while on a ski trip. Less than a 5 minute walk to Peak 9 base from the building. Place was super clean and the host was great and easy to get ahold of.

Perfect for my son and I to get away for Spring Break. Easy access to the lift and town. We parked our car and never needed it again. We received excellent support from Kent and team when we had issues with a snow storm -- would rent this place again any time.

Beautifully Remodeled with Amazing Comforts

This studio exceeded our expectations! Very high quality features and attention to details. The layout made the space very comfortable for two people. Kent was highly responsive and the cleaning was impeccable. We loved the convenience of the location. It was perfect for enjoying town and a great base for day hikes. Extras like Google Home, a light-up bathroom mirror, and internet apps on the TV made it feel like home. We would definitely stay again if we are in Breckenridge in the future.

Excellent location for ski trip

Communicative property manager made check-in/check-out easy. Room, bathroom, and kitchen were clean. Quick walk to the ski lift. Having a garage parking space was great. Some of our neighbors were college-aged, so I was concerned about how noisy they'd be at night. I was pleasantly surprised at how well insulated the room was to outside sounds. If my wife and I were to plan another getaway to Breckenridge, I'd book this room again.

Can’t beat location!

You couldn’t ask for a better studio apartment right on Main Street in Breck! The building doesn’t look like much on the outside, but everything has been updated tastefully.

This place was absolutely perfect for a stay in Breckenridge! Central location, close to EVERYTHING, and every thoughtful detail was noticed and appreciated. Kent has done a fantastic job making his unit beautiful and comfortable! We could not have enjoyed our stay more and will definitely be back! Perfect Location, King Bed is terrible

Prior to booking this I read every review and specifically chose this location because it had a king bed. All the reviews others have left are accurate about the room, location, amenities, etc. However the mattress is the worst my wife and I have slept on since college. It has body indentations and no support what so ever. Knowing Amazon sells beds in a bag that cost nothing we were really disappointed. The owner kept messaging us if anything isn’t 5 star let me know so I can fix it. We didn’t communicate with him because we were only there for a few days. The place is perfect except for the bed. In the add he has that he replaced the pull out couch mattress. I wouldn’t stay here until he replaces the king.
