We love this place. We are local and stay here as much as possible. Nothing is better than hot tubbing in the snow and watching the skiers come down the slopes! Add a cocktail or hot cocoa and it is a dream!

--- PROPERTY AMENITIES ---

This small apartment is in an upscale resort on Peak 7. Perfect location for skiing & winter hiking. The doors of the resort open right onto the slopes. It is truly ski-in and ski-out. The resort features kid-friendly pools, movie theaters, a gym, and gas grills w/ outdoor eating areas. The salt water hot tubs, adult-only steam room, sauna and European hot/cold pools are amazing. Combine it with a massage at the spa and you are in heaven. There is a restaurant, a small store with kitchen staples, a bar and fireplaces. All perfect for warming up after the slopes.

There is a business center onsite and open 24 hours a day. It has with two computers, one printer, a small, 10-seat conference room and a library. There is a reading room and other quiet spaces to rest, have some hot chocolate and socialize. It's a perfect place for the whole family.

--- ROOM AMENITIES ---

The 800 sq ft apartment features a private bedroom with comfortable bedding, a living room (with pull out bed), a gas fireplace, a full kitchen and full bathroom. The room has a private balcony.

The kitchen is stocked with coffee pot, coffee and tea, toaster, cutlery, dishes and basic cookware. It has a microwave, refrigerator and a cooktop/oven. There is a blender, mixer, crockpot and bakeware. Items not found in the kitchen can be requested from the concierge (colander, additional cookware, etc.). So you can make full meals, drinks and snacks right in the room. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner here last year and the kitchen was completely up to the task. Gas grills are also available and ready for use. There are many areas for outdoor cooking, relaxing and eating.

Gaming consoles available for rent. Free HDMI connectors available at the front desk for streaming. The resort is very clean and safe with electronic door locks and wrist band keys. Free WIFI. You can reserve a small theater (some have bean bag chairs) and choose from hundreds of movies to watch as a family. There are many kid friendly choices.

Laundry in the room. Detergent is complimentary. Housekeeping visits once during a full week stay. However extra blankets, towels, etc. can be requested at any time. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap) and kitchen cleaning supplies provided.

--- CHECK IN ---

Your check in will work much like that at a hotel. Your name will be on the reservation. The front desk will require an ID and a credit card on file. You will receive electronic wrist bands/door keys that allow full access to resort facilities and amenities.

The front desk, store and concierge desk are open during the day. Staff are available to answer questions, offer suggestions and help with resort amenities. The concierge will also help with reservations to resort theaters and activities (children's activities, crafts, escape room and theaters).

We will also be vacationing on site that week. Feel free to call or text if you have additional questions.

The property is a timeshare resort and this listing is *only* for our unused days/weeks. A tour is NOT required with this reservation.

Check in is at 4pm; Check out at 10am. This is firm and late check out will result in a charge from the resort. Secure free parking onsite during the stay (one spot per reservation). Check with the concierge for extended parking hours on your check out day. You may be able to stay parked for a time after check out.
