Amazing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ginsburg! Location could not be beat, 1 stop from the slopes. Surrounded by pine trees made the perfect treehouse feel. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We will be back!

Long weekend with daughter

This was a super clean, well equipped condo walking distance to Peak 8 slopes & amenities. Modern kitchen appliances & on-site laundry were great! Highly recommend.

Easy Access to Peaks 7 & 8

This condo is right on the Gold bus route which takes you right to Peaks 7 & 8 in minutes. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable for our family of 5. My only regret was no hot tub.

Great getaway!

We made a quick trip for my kids spring break, 3 nights, 4 days. The size of the living room was a little tight for a family of 4 to all sit and gather BUT we were on the slopes all day so it didn’t bother us. Other than that the condo was perfect, clean, and comfortable! It was a short drive to downtown but felt quiet and cozy!!!!

Adequate but small

We figured out that we had to turn the thermostat to 56 at night to be comfortable for sleeping. That equated to 68.Rooms are small but managable. Access to Peak 8 was easy with shuttle. Overall good trip.

Excellent location, nice condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms were perfect for the size of our family. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect- just a few min walk to the bus that goes to Peak 8. Our only reason for giving this 4 vs 5 stars is the heat control. The bedrooms were extremely hot even when we put the thermostat on 60 degrees. So even though we opened the windows, it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect Stay for a Ski Trip

We loved this place and would totally stay here again. The walk to the shuttle for Breckenridge Ski was short and easy. The condo was very nice and although it’s surrounded by other condos, the view when it snowed out the windows was magical. We were comfy and felt flatly accommodated. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch everyday. Also it was super nice that there were 2 bathrooms and a washer dryer. We did laundry a couple of times while there. Lastly it was a great location on the mountain with a 5-7 min drive to the Main Street of Breckenridge and to the ski resort. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay.

Great stay close to peak 8

The unit worked well for our family of four. Great use of the small space with 2BR, 2 bath and a big kitchen/living area. Just a few minute walk to the peak 8 bus stop. Very clean and great communication with the property manager. Our only suggestion would be to replace the washer/ dryer combo with individual units when the existing one fails. It took close to 4 hours to wash and dry a medium sized load.

Cozy, convenient, and comfortable condo!

Great condo, alpine edge was very communicative. Clean. It fits up to 8 but it was very comfortable for us 4. The shuttle was convenient too to get to the slopes and to/from town. It was hot at night so I would suggest turning off the heater and opening the windows. The kitchen was fully stocked. No hot tub but they provided epsom salts that you can use for your tub shower, so loved that after a day of boarding. Definitely a great place to stay for a short or long vacation at Breckenridge!

Ginsberg Retreat

All 4 of us are skiers, the unit was perfect to take the bus to the different peaks and into town bus stop is really close It was a very quiet neighborhood, the unit was clean and spacious for all 4. Beds really comfortable. Just a few comments: The bedrooms ran really warm despite temp turned down to 64 degrees had to keep bedroom doors open and windows cracked open to be comfortable for sleeping The second bathroom also serves as the laundry room, the shower was super small and would not accommodate a large person Overall we were all pleased with the unit and would def return
