Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 37 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- At the entrance, there is a double sofa bed separated from the living room by a corridor and a door
- A 37 m² living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. .
- On the mezzanine, you will find a queen-size bed (160×200) and an extra single bed for a child.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.

Outside:
- A balcony of approximately 4 m², facing west, perfect for enjoying the sunset. A small table and two chairs are provided for meals or aperitifs.
