Located only minutes from the Branson Hwy 76 strip, convenience is at your fingertips with this amazing location inside of Thousand Hills Resort! The resort also offers many amenities for you to enjoy like the outdoor pool (open seasonally), tennis courts, or taking a stroll under the Ozark trees!

The Space:
You'll feel right at home in this two bedroom, two bathroom condo! It is located up one flight of stairs, but once inside, everything is on the same level! Relax on the living room couches or in the reclining lounger after a day full of Branson activities. The kitchen is fully stocked with most anything you would need to cook up some of your favorites or order takeout from any of Branson's many tasty options just a few minutes away!

The dining table in the sun room is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals with the natural light shining through the large windows! Or gather everyone around the table for a fun game night instead! This sun room also has a desk area for those needing to get some work done while traveling.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, attached bathroom with a deep tub, and your own TV! Bedroom 2 is extra large with two queen beds, your own TV, and a sink area separate from the attached bathroom to help make getting ready with several people a breeze!

The Neighborhood:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!

One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

This condo is located on the upstairs level of the building, up one flight of stairs.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be available if you do happen to need anything!
