This place was very nice, and overall we had a great stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property looked exactly like the pictures, which we really appreciated.One thing we didn’t consider until we arrived was the layout. There wasn’t a table where the three of us could sit and play board games after a day of sightseeing in Branson, and the deck only had two chairs. Adding an extra chair or possibly a small outdoor table with chairs would make that space more usable. Inside, having a folding table available would also be a helpful option for guests.Overall, this was a great place to stay, these are just small improvements that could make the experience even better.

The condo was great, exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed for a great stay, and the place was very clean. The view from the back patio was just as pictured, and a fabulous place to watch golfers. The host was very quick to answer any questions and to address any concerns we had.

Great weekend getaway. Clean and cozy condo close to the clubhouse pool! Private security 24 hours. Great communication with easy check in and out. Fireplace was an added bonus for this chilly weekend.

First family vacation

We had our first vacation as a family here. Everything was fantastic! The condo is very nice and clean and the area it is in was in a great spot! Pleanty to do around the area and a short drive to downtown Branson! We truly enjoyed our time here!

Nice Three Night Stay with a View

This property has a beautiful view of the golf course. It was a nicely decorated unit. This is total personal preference, but I do not like decorative pillows because I know they aren’t washed regularly, and this until had several on the bed and in the living room. Bring your own pillows, because the pillows on the bed were the flattest I’ve ever seen. I’m extremely picky with cleanliness, and while it was nice and clean upon walking in, I saw a couple things that didn’t meet my standard of “sanitized.” I mean, you are paying a cleaning fee when you book this unit and I felt the bathtub wasn’t cleaned, but rather sprayed with cleaner and forgotten. This until would be perfect at Christmas with the electric fireplace and all the blankets that are provided.

Relaxing and Fun Family Vacation

We recently stayed at this beautiful and cozy condo for our vacation, and it was a wonderful experience. The condo itself had all the amenities of home, making our stay extremely comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, situated right next to the pool and tennis courts. This convenience added a lot of fun to our trip. The pools were large and although they were crowded at times, we always managed to find chairs. The atmosphere was great, with lots of friendly visitors which created a fun and lively environment, especially for kids. Our boys had a fantastic time playing in the pool with other children. One minor downside was the BBQ grill situation. The app mentioned grills, but they were actually located over a mile away and were park charcoal grills, with only two available for the entire complex. While this wasn't a huge issue for us, we do enjoy grilling out during our stays and were a bit disappointed. However, the convenience of the pool's location made up for this shortfall. The view from the condo was beautiful. We loved sitting on the porch, relaxing, and watching the golfers on their 18th hole. It was a serene and enjoyable experience. Overall, despite the grill situation, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. The condo’s location and amenities made our vacation memorable and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Family friendly condo

Truly enjoyed our stay at Point Royale. This particular convo was updated , well Decorated and maintained. Has a great view of the golf course from the balcony. You can order food from the clubhouse to avoid 1hr long waits at the local restaurants. Great location too; only 15-20min drive to nearly everything we did during our trip.

Lovely Condo

The condo is in a great location, and it is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony overlooks the golf course. Only 9 steps to get to the front door, which isn’t bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

This was a great 1 bedroom condo that provided us with everything we needed. The property is in a gated community that offers golf, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar, and walking trails. Will decimal book here again!
