This spacious apartment is located directly at the confluence of the Alvier and Palüdbach and offers you an impressive, unobstructed view of the majestic Rätikon mountains as well as meadows and forests, both in summer and winter.

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and invites you to prepare your favorite dishes, which you can then enjoy at the large handmade wooden table.



There is a separate playground for your little ones with a slide, swing, sandpit and plenty of space to play. Maybe they will even find nice playmates from neighboring apartments.



After an eventful day, you can refresh yourself in one of the two bathrooms and then sink into a restful sleep in the stylishly furnished bedrooms with high-quality mattresses and fine duvets.



LOCATION:



The apartment offers you direct access to the cross-country ski trail and is only a few minutes away from the Palüdbahn, which operates both in winter and summer. The bus stop is just 150 meters away and the nearest restaurant is 400 meters away.

Fast wie daheim :-)

Wir kamen schon oft ins “Füchsle” und fühlen uns hier fast schon wie daheim. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist wahnsinnig gemütlich und die Aussicht in die Natur wunderschön. Auch die Lage ist einfach toll und die Kids lieben es draußen im Schnee oder am Bach zu spielen. Für uns nichts :-)

Beste Lage und tolle Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist weitläufig, gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Die Nähe zur Pallütbahn und zu den Wanderwegen ist optimal. Die Fußbodenheizung ist das i-Tüpfelchen :).

Perfekte Wohnung am oberen Rand des Dorfes, direkt am Zusammenfluss zweier Bergflüesse, am Ausgangspunkt toller Wanderungen, nicht weit zur Palüdbahn und der Bahn zum herrlichen Lünersee

Füchsle als wohnunsbewohner erfreute die Kinder sehr

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und komfortabel. Großzügig Platz für Kinderspiele. Beglückend schön der Ausblick in die Berge und der rauschende Zusammenfluss von Alvierbach und Palüdbach direkt über der Wiese. Wie die Unterkunft, auch die Gemeinde Brand ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich . 3-4 Kaffeetabs zum Einstieg

Tolles Bergerlebnis im herrlichen Brandnertal

Die Lage ist perfekt mit unverbautem Blick auf das hintere Brandnertal und mit bestem Anschluss and Bus und Bergbahnen. Brand hat sehr viel zu bieten, und mit der Gaestekarte laesst sich das gesamte Bundesland umsonst erkunden. Kulinarisch hat uns die Sarotlahuette und die Parfienzalpe besonders gut gefallen sowie der Hofladen beim Bauern vis-a-vis. Beim Wandern waren Schweizertor, Drusenfluh Schweizer Seite, der Abstecher in den Nenzinger Himmel und der Wiegensee bei Partenen besonders beeindruckend.
