Fun lake get away with unanticipated excitement

Very clean and nicely outfitted property. Had pretty much any kitchen related amenities that you could think you need/want. Little extra excitement during the trip with a flying squirrel being in the cabin (no clue how that happened!). Luke was great and over quickly to remove the animal from the cabin. One thing to be aware of is that it's a very shallow lake, so while the onsite pontoon was great if you want to do any real serious boating you're best off at one of the nearby larger lakes. Very peaceful and not crowded at all, which was a plus.

Golf Trip

The cabin was within driving distance to many of the best courses Minnesota has to offer. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The cabin offered a spacious private area on a beautiful low traffic volume lake. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had for him. This property offered a fun, private lake experience that we look forward to doing again!

An amazing girls weekend

This place was absolutely incredible and the perfect place for a girls getaway weekend. I can’t rave enough about this place, it’s so stunning. Very spacious, so many places for activities, amazing yard, quiet area and lake, a pontoon(!!!), the list goes on. We would love to stay here again. The host was also awesome and very responsive/helpful with questions.

Perfect Labor Day Vacay!

This place was everything you could ask for. Pictures really don't do the Cross Lake Cabin justice. Minutes away from anything you could want but has privacy for guests to truly relax. The game room, kitchen, "The Porch", deck, lake, furniture, etc...I could go on and on it was all great! We had an awesome time and would definitely come back. I could only imagine how beautiful this place could be come fall and winter. Thanks for sharing your cabin!

I cannot recommend this VRBO enough for a guys golf trip or a nice family vacation. The location was perfect for accessing the best golf courses in the area, and there were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The property itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a beautiful patio area equipped with a grill and a fire pit. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided us with excellent recommendations for activities in the area. Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations and made for an unforgettable trip!

Perfect Cabin with plenty to do!

This was a great little get-away cabin for our group of friends. Fully furnished rooms, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and things we didn't know we needed), and there were enough towels and bedding/blankets to go around. The space was a wonderful size for our group of 6, main floor was great for meals and games, the basement was perfect for TV/movies as well as games, the game room was a wonderful little field trip (its located in the upper portion of the garage) where we could play, relax, and have the game on in the background! We stayed in April (weather was too cold/wet to enjoy sitting outside), but the screened porch, deck, and firepit are all reasons we will bookmark this rental and hope to be back again!

Great stay on the lake

This property was perfect for a long weekend of R&R with my girls! It was so cozy and cute. The cabin was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, firewood was provided, and there were plenty of chairs in storage for the fire pit. Nearby trails were perfect for easy walks and very convenient location to get to stores and restaurant/bars. Easy and responsive communication with the property manager.

Amazing Property and Property Manager

Beautiful home on very small & quiet lake. Excellent get-away from the city. Pool table/game room perfect diversion for a rainy day. Pontoon is added bonus - perfect condition and size for the lake. The property is just as pictured. Luke is super and very responsive any issues were resolved quickly.

Family getaway

We took our kids up north for a long weekend and had an absolute blast! The property was clean and amazing! Access to the pontoon was so key! Our kids swam in the lake every day. We didn’t know the kayaks were under the steps until our last day! We also rented a boat on the whitefish chain our last day, which was fun for variety.

Excellent stay at Lake House

The property is great for family and friends. Quiet lake with pontoon boat included in rental. House was well designed with rooms for adults and kids. Highly recommend the location too with many nearby things to do. Overall, a wonderful stay and would do it again.

Amazing cabin with a great small lake and awesome pontoon

Four of us stayed a long weekend here, and didn’t get bored for a minute! We used the screened in porch, table on the back deck, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, full kitchen, kayaks and pontoon that were all provided. Not to mention the grill, pool table, and tv room that we didn’t even get a chance to use. The lake was very clean and private. We were often the only ones out on the water. We saw a lot of friendly wildlife while on the boat! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The place was clean, we received quick responses, and the house was centrally located so we could be to many restaurants and shops in a short drive.
