The space:
A large master bedroom and en-suite granite countertop bathroom includes its own oversized walk-in shower & good sized walk-in closet. Two large dressers and two night tables provide plenty of space for all your storage needs. 40” HD flatscreen Roku TV & home phone included.

The spacious guest bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds. The room has large oversized closet, dresser and night stand which provide plenty of storage space. There is also a flat screen TV (Roku stick compatible). The guest bedroom includes a full bathroom with a nice shower, toilet and granite countertop sink.

The fully equipped granite countertop kitchen has a large fridge, stove, dishwasher and smaller appliances such as a Keurig coffee machine, coffee pot machine, toaster and blender etc. for your convenience. The eat-in kitchen has a beautiful nice oak table and 4 chairs providing plenty of space.

Enjoy your dining experience in the separate dining room with ample room for up to 6 people. When you’re ready to relax for the evening, enjoy the comfort of the large queen sleeper sofa and 7 foot wide beanbag in the living room where you can settle in and watch your favorite movies & shows on the 43” HD flatscreen Roku TV. Perfect for unwinding from your busy day at the pool, beach or sightseeing.

The Shorewalk Vacation Villa Resort is located on 30 acres of lighted walkways and has excellent amenities including: 2 heated community swimming pools, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, newly renovated clubhouse with large screen TV, large sun deck, table tennis, ping pong, billiard/pool table, 2 oversized BBQ grills, free WIFI and six lakes stocked with fish. All amenities are included with your stay. The clubhouse and pool/tennis areas are open from 7am - 10pm every day. You must bring your pool passes down with you to use these facilities, as the staff may ask to see them to make sure that you’re a part of the community. The condo has high-speed internet, plus 3 TV sets and a telephone with free calling to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The condo is located within a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse, pools, Jacuzzi’s and tennis courts. Fresh bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, coffee K-cups, sugar, stevia and lactose-free creamers will be provided upon your arrival.

There is a brand new in-unit stackable washer & dryer located in the front hall should you need to do some laundry.

The condo also comes with the following conveniences:

The entire HVAC system and water heater are brand new as well as of December 2023!

Guest access:
Condo has a limit of 6 guests. All areas of the space are accessible except for a locked owners closet behind the master bedroom closet. This is where we keep items for restocking for new guests such as toilet tissues, paper towels, etc.

Other things to note:
Extra bath towels can often be found in the bathroom closets or under bathroom sinks, as well as additional toilet tissue.

This is a self sufficient condo, meaning we provide you with items to get you started on the first few days such as:

- Dishwasher soap
- (2) Travel sized shampoo
- (2) Travel sized conditioner
- (2) Travel sized body wash
- (1) Keurig coffee k-cup per day of your stay
- (1) sugar, (1) stevia packet and (1) lactose-free creamer per day of your stay
