This place was perfect for our needs. Comfortable and homey. We were there for my mother in law's funeral and we had a couple hiccups but the host was absolutely phenomenal in responding to our needs!! The floorplan layout was nice and inviting, the kitchen was large and roomy, which made mealtime easy. Also, the place took the term "pet friendly" to the 10th degree! Gorgeous fenced back yard, dog friendly inside AND people friendly inside!. We are locking in this place for any future trips back. We felt very at home.

Great place!

The property was wonderful for a 6 week stay. Great layout and location, completely updated. fully equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, large yard, cable TV, beach items in garage, perfect! Couldn't have been bettet.

First Vacation after the Pandy!

We haven’t had a vacation since the Pandemic & decided we’d head to our favorite state of Florida. Normally we stay in Fort Myers, Naples area, but this time we decided to change it up and visit an area we were not familiar w/& stayed in Bradenton/Sarasota. We were not disappointed. So many different beaches, restaurants & lots of different things to see & do. We did take a day to travel South, to our dismay it has changed - things are not the same :(. In any case. The house was beautiful, large & equipped w/all the things you would need for any circumstances. The kitchen was stocked, the 2 bathrooms had full toiletries, no need to bring shampoos or soaps. They even had chairs, coolers, and wagon for the beach! The one hiccup we experienced was when we first arrived we got there a tad early and we were not allowed to enter the property not even 15 minutes before our arrival. Check in is 4:00 and I asked @ 1:00 if we could arrive earlier & the Host Company stated they would “check” with “someone”, I’m unsure who? I assumed w/the housekeeping staff. They returned with an answer that they would respond when we could check in, if it was earlier then 4:00. So we actually drove to the house about 3:45 & there was absolutely NO ONE there & again asked if we could enter & was still told NO. I’m still not sure why, but it was a little ridiculous that guests who drove over 20 hours couldn’t enter until exactly 4:00. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Once we got in, all was well

The property itself was great. Vacasa sent me the wrong code for the door so we wasted time trying to get into the house. I was told we had a regular coffee maker but it was a keurig. The code instructions sounded like they were written by someone who did not really understand how to express it in Engish.

Baseball tournament at IMG

This property was AMAZING! The website does not do it justice. Beautiful on the inside and outside. Everthing was provided...more than I expected. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the management staff was super friendly! Location was great for the purpose of this trip. We needed to be close to IMG Academy for a baseball tournament. This property was about 10 minutes away. We did run into an issue with one of the bathroom toilets not flushing but called the management group and they responded immediately and had a maintenance person fix it within 24 hours. It was very late on a Friday nite, repair was done by mid morning on Saturday. The AC thermostat was a bit tricky to set but we figured it out. Would suggest instructions be put on the wall on how to set the correct temperature. Other than that, we loved the property and truly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this property and Vacasa management group to family and friends. Thank you for your warm and friendly hospitality Vacaaa!! Your personal touch was awesome and made us feel like we we were at home!
