It is fully furnished with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher and all other small appliances.
Master Bedroom with King Bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and a mirror and TV to entertain at night while you are relaxing in bed. It has a walk-in closet for all your clothes and stuff etc. and then a linen closet for towels etc. Master bath attached to master bedroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The second bedroom with a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser and a mirror.
The property comes with one car port included in the base rent and a separate storage room for storing a golf cart, bike or any other stuff that you may have.
Based on the Community regulation the membership transfer requires a minimum 30-day stay then you can enjoy the full resort style amenities, including access to 2 championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, resort pools, a modern fitness center and classes, and several on-site restaurants and bars. (The membership transfer fee, $624, is included in the rent fee).
