We traveled with 4 small children and needed extra pack n plays and booster chairs. The hosts accommodated and had brand new ones delivered to the home. We were there for our daughter's wedding and the house was perfect for the family and friends that stayed with us. The pool was a hit! The open concept was perfect so we could watch children and still be a part of everything going on. Lovely property. The only downfall was the thermostat which went from 68 to 74, assuming it was programmed.

What a wonderful place for a family gathering. The home is so comfortable, and the pool is clean and WARM! We enjoyed family time playing games in and around the pool and enjoyed eating delicious meals we made in the spacious and well stocked kitchen. The beds were clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend this wonderful home for your next family gathering. Jenny was quick to reply to any questions and checking in and out was a breeze. I will certainly keep this one in my list of favorites!

We loved our stay! The location was ideal — close to grocery stores and Target, and just a short drive to Longboat Key where our event was held. There were also lots of great restaurant options nearby.The house was very kid-friendly and worked perfectly for our group of four kids and two adults. The pool was a huge hit — we opted to have it heated and it was the perfect temperature, even with a few cooler days.The hosts were wonderful — great communicators who responded quickly and made everything easy from start to finish.Highly recommend this property for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing getaway!

Girl's Getaway 2024

This is the 12th property we have rented for our annual Girl's Getaway and it was the best one yet. The property managers were very responsive to our needs. The home was very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was the best. We all like to cook and had everything we needed to prepare some very delicious meals. We will rent from these property owners again next year.

Great Vacation Home

We had a great stay. It is exactly what they say on the description. The pool was an outstanding addition to our vacation. The house was clean and well stocked. The only issues we had was one of the rooms stayed about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and a couple of the outlets were goofy wired and you had to have a switch turned on in a room on other side of wall. That was odd. Overall, I would suggest this place. Plenty of room in living room for hanging out and great dining room table. Plenty of room for 6 adults and well stocked kitchen.

Best Stay Ever!!

I have been using vacation rentals for over a decade now, and this is by far the best One yet! The property is absolutely beautiful And well-maintained. Location is excellent, just a short drive to the island and right off the main drag. Everything was super clean when we arrived, The attention to detail was evident throughout I also want to mention that this is by far the best stocked property we have ever stayed in, we brought a ton of Supplies with us, such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, bath, towels, kitchen, utensils, etc. but we honestly didn’t need any of them, the property had everything we needed and more. The pool area is Immaculate and well-maintained. I simply cannot say enough, good things about this property, As well as the property manager, extremely responsive, polite, and considerate… Thank you for a great stay!

Cute family beach get away

Pictures are accurate to accommodations. There’s actually an extra bed than shown, house has everything you need. Pool is clean and maintained well. There were even life jackets and some small toys for kids. Plenty of beach equipment, and great beaches just a short drive from here if you leave early.

Great Home

This home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nicely equipped with supplies. The beds were very comforable. We enjoyed the heated pool. The home is located in a great area for shopping and the beach. The host was prompt on any of our concerns. It was a great home to vacation and a wonderful host.
