This home is complete with full kitchen, Washer and dryer as well as a 50 amp receptacle for guests with Electric Vehicles. This home is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home, with covered parking for 1 vehicle and privacy fenced back yard that includes a back porch and deck. One bedroom includes 1 king sized bed, and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Great room is fully furnished with high speed internet and 70" TV, as well as, a kitchen with a full compliment of dishes and cookware. Linens and Basic soaps are included. Lastly, the home does have a full dinette for meal preparation.

Great location. The place felt like home. Anna Marie Island and the beach were close and it was very close to shops and stores. Be sure to visit the Green Turtle shop on Anna Marie Island. Two other places to go to are Joey D's Pizzeria and the Bridge Tender Inn Dockside & Tiki Bar.

The house was great and the location perfect. The owner was very friendly and quick to answer any questions about the property. The fenced in backyard was a nice feature for our dogs. Highly recommend this house and we look forward to staying here again.

I'm not on vacation, as my home was damaged so much I had to move out while repairs were made. This very clean home is set-up so well as to provide the comforts of home! I was delighted to find the kitchen well stocked with the tools to cook and serve meals, the beds comfortable, a large covered patio with seating for many, and just about everything one could ask for. The host has been readily availabe when I had a question. For those on vacation it is a perfect place to stay because of personal comfort and location.

We had a super comfortable stay at this home. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in at any rental property. The work desk was also exactly what I needed as a remote worker.Easy check-in and fast communication from property manager Casey. The location is perfect for access to anything in West Bradenton, the beach, IMG Academy, Blake Hospital, etc. A.I would highly recommend this property for any friends or family visiting the area.
