Located in the heart of west Bradenton, this gorgeous bungalow is only 6 miles from beautiful Bradenton beach and 2 miles from IMG academy. This home is complete with full kitchen, Washer and dryer as well as a 50 amp receptacle for guests with Electric Vehicles. This home is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home, with covered parking for 1 vehicle and privacy fenced back yard that includes a back porch and deck. One bedroom includes 1 king sized bed, and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Great room is fully furnished with high speed internet and 70" TV, as well as, a kitchen with a full compliment of dishes and cookware. Linens and Basic soaps are included. Lastly, the home does have a full dinette for meal preparation.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

We had a super comfortable stay at this home. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in at any rental property. The work desk was also exactly what I needed as a remote worker.Easy check-in and fast communication from property manager Casey. The location is perfect for access to anything in West Bradenton, the beach, IMG Academy, Blake Hospital, etc. A.I would highly recommend this property for any friends or family visiting the area.
