Impressed with the cleanliness of the house, as well as the accuracy of the listing. It was a really nice house. A few points that I think could have improved the experience: - LED bulbs in some of the fixtures including the living room ceiling flickered a lot, which was annoying and we couldn't use that overhead light. - on checkout we were told to strip sheets but not comforters. This leads me to believe they are not being washed, which I don't think aligns with the cleanliness goal of the house that impacted our decision to book here.- it would have been nice to have proper cable with network channels rather than just options to log into streaming services, but I understand that's the direction a lot of rentals are moving towards.

Great home for gathering!

Two family stay during Easter weekend while visiting the grandparents. The pool area nice for gathering and visiting. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, good location for zipping around Lakewood area, nice Publix’s grocery within a mile. Beach gear was helpful, teens enjoyed bikes in the garage.

Beautiful place

Overall this was a wonderful stay. The house had many amenities and was in a nice neighborhood. The pool was very nice. Having access to all of the beach gear in the garage including a cooler and tent was amazing!

Very Mixed Experience

Overall, we had a good time at the property. There were however a few items that we found to be troublesome. Upon arriving, my wife found a plate of food and a fork left in the refrigerator. The stove top also had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I found that the grill at the house also had not been cleaned or apparently used for quite some time. It should not have been listed as an amenity. We also noticed that there were what appeared to be cameras in the TV room and the master bedroom. I don't recall the VRBO description or the rental agreement specifying that they existed. We don't know that they were in use during our stay. If they were, I consider that an invasion of our privacy. The location of the house was very good and the overall condition of the property was very good as well.
