Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.
Garage spaces - you can use them without restrictions, only the owner parks his car in the garage, you can park in the driveway.
Golf membership can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, fgyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.

By the community rules each tenant have to sign Lease agreement and Community rules.
Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. You can ask for an exception, if will be it possible.
