Communication with the property manager was terrific. The house was newly renovated and spacious - large enough for 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, flatware, and cooking equipment.

Outstanding location. Publix, CVS, European bakery, and Shake Pit within 2 blocks. Beach 30 minutes. If you don't stay here, you're making a mistake! In town for soccer tournament, kids and adults loved it.

Stayed at this house with a group of mothers and daughters and we found it to be absolutely perfect! The communication between myself and the owners was very easy. I found them to be extremely responsive to any questions I had. I loved how many seats there were in the common areas for when we could gather together. We were visiting for an event at the convention center and the commute back-and-forth was very easy. The house was also close by to lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was really nice. Clearly recently renovated. We enjoyed the layout and especially the semi-separate guest house. We had an issue with the hot water and air conditioning but those were fixed almost immediately by the property manager. I highly recommend this house.

Spacious, Comfortable Home with Great Outdoor Space

This home was just perfect! The kitchen is large and open with everything you need, living room and dining share the same room with the kitchen. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, opens onto the artificial turf yard with room for gathering and playing. Newly redone and bright and cheery.

This house and host were both amazing!!! The house was exactly as described and appears in pictures. The host instructions and information was provided in advance and the host was also very responsive to any questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The bedrooms were all comfortable and even had unexpected amenities like black towels for make-up, shampoo/condition and body wash in showers. The kitchen was so nice with easy access for cooking and coffee pods even provided for the Kerig. The outside area was probably my favorite, again like the house, it was exactly was pictured and very peaceful to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with the cute cafe lights, which came on automatically. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable and you also very close to amenities, like grocery stores, pharmacy, food options, etc. We greatly enjoyed Bradenton and would definitely stay in this house again:)

The host was very responsive and flexible! We were impressed with cleanliness. (Although there were red ants in main hose bedroom and a cockroach found in cottage. These could be native to the area?!?) All other spaces were clean. We appreciated the extra toilet paper, trash bags, and detergents. Having a washing machine and dryer were awesome! The area of this home was a little concerning, but once inside the home we felt comfortable and safe. Parking was ample! Some of the fit and finishes were poor - example towel hook was stuck to wall and fell off easily. Bathroom sink cupboard had interior wall exposed. Shower fixture was loose. The main reason we would not rent this house again would be location. While this review does not sound like it- we did have a great trip!
