Home was beautiful, everything that was described in the listing was accurate. Simona was a pleasure to work with. Home was available for check in earlier than anticipated which was great after a long trip. The home can fully equipped with everything we needed: bedding, bath towels, beach towels, pool toys for kids, beach chairs, bicycles, kitchen needs, etc… Pool area was amazing, well maintained! Any issues that came up, Simona handled promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we are already planning our next stay!

Home away from home

We spent 2 beautiful weeks in this spacious home with our daughter/husband and their 3 kids. The house had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances we needed to feed us. In all the years of booking rental homes, this was the cleanest home we've ever rented. Simona is an amazing property manager, so very responsive and lovely to deal with. The only criticism is that the mattresses were not comfortable for us. Still, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

The house was great, it was spacious. The pool and spa were amazing. We were very close to Walmart for groceries and supplies. The manager was always quick to respond and take care of anything.

Great Property in Quiet Setting

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax by the pool and hot tub, this is it! Gated community and landscaping provides a very private setting. House is in very good condition. Simona, the Property Manager, responded immediately and was very helpful the couple times we needed to contact her. In one case we texted her late on a Friday afternoon about the pool heater, she came over that evening to check it out and had the handy-man there Saturday morning to make repairs.

COVID vacation

The property was in a great location. The area was quiet and well maintained. The people we met were very friendly. The home was larger than we were needed. It was very comfortable and had all that we needed to enjoy a month in the Florida sunshine. We brought our dogs and had plenty of places to walk them. The property manager, Simona, was very helpful and responsive. She answered any questions we had prior to and during our stay and did what she could to make sure we were happy and comfortable in the home and area
