Property was beautiful and close to beach. Ice maker did not work in fridge and kitchen was so poorly stocked. I have done VRBO for as long as I can remember. Kitchen was terrible w no extra bowls and kitchen items. Dryer on first floor doesn’t work and kept getting error message. With 11 people in the house it would have been nice to have the dryer working

Good afternoon. We rented a home for two weeks and checked out on 4/3/26. We would like to thank you for responding to our requests and issues. The alternative heat system for the pool and hot tub was never resolved, nor evidently could it be resolved. As soon as the heat was switched to the pool, the hot tub would lose all its heat making the temp to the pool go down withing 30 minutes. The pool never got up to 90 degrees. Two things I would suggest. One, let everybody know you cannot have a hot tub at the same time as you are trying to heat the pool. Second, put a book together as most other rentals to give instructions for the washer and dryer, the TVs, the pool and hot tub situation switching back and forth, and the unusual stove and oven. Those things from the beginning would have been very helpful. I personally spent too much of my vacation time waiting on repairs or trying to fix something. We left one day early. From all the time we spent, I feel like a 5,000 refund would be fair. Let me know your thoughts.Jimm Nidlinger

I have never been more impressed with a rental company! The house was beautiful, they thought of everything. Any time we reached out for anything they were immediately responding and doing anything we asked for!! The only disappointment we had was it was extremely cool while we were there. They tried everyday to get the pool and hot tub to work however they never did. Both were freezing!!! Hot tub was so cold! We were extremely disappointed over that but everything else was great!

we can't say enough about our trip! The house was absolutely perfect! The service from the management company was the best there can be. The only two things that this house needs is hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels or bathing suits. The other item, it needs a clock - either in the kitchen or the living room.
