The location was perfect for us - across from a fishing pier where we saw manatee and various fish. A block and a half from cute shops and a variety of restaurants and ice cream. A 2 minute drive to beautiful Coquina public beach. Lynn answered quickly - we had no questions about check-in. Very clean. Everything there we needed to store food, cook, shower, and sleep. We even had beach chairs and umbrella at our disposal. Lynn, our host, was a joy to rent from. We’ll be back.

The apartment was very clean and perfect for us two but the upstairs renters liked dragging their kitchen chairs across the floor on the tile!! Very noisy for us. Upstairs should probably have carpeting. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Thank you

We couldn't have been more pleased and delighted with our stay at Lynn's place! It is the perfect place in the perfect location, and Lynn is an attentive and friendly host. The apartment is clean, well appointed and equipped, has a VERY comfortable bed mattress, and is just the right size, located in a very friendly, neighborly, and caring community of regular "snowbirds." AND it is literally right across the street from a beautiful public beach, as well as just a block away from a stop for the free trolley. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this amazing rental! Communication with Lynn was a breeze and the location is perfect. The apartment was spotless with everything I needed in the kitchen. The bed is so comfortable- I slept like a log! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag/cooler. I also have to mention that the water pressure was to die for! I loved everything about this great rental and I plan on coming back next year!

Check-in was easy. The host was great with suggestions for what to do before our late flight home. The house was perfect for two people. The view? Wow! Right across from the beach. One night we didn't even cross the street for the sunset, just stepped out our door and had an amazing view. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect, house was clean and had everything we needed. Walls are very thin and can hear the other units talking, sneezing, and walking around pretty loudly. We had a little Bose speaker and the unit next to us could hear it perfectly and asked for us to turn it down at 8pm. If you’re going to stay here I would recommend the upstairs unit.

We would definitely stay here again. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect! Just cross the street and your on the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and shops! We had a fabulous time! Would recommend this!

this unit is perfectly located for the two of us. You are steps away from the concrete piers and great fishing. The unit is small but very clean and neat. The kitchen area is well stocked and having chairs and an umbrella is a plus! We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring the island.

Perfect Anniversary Trip

Nice.

It was a nice visit. This place was plenty clean. I had no concerns of cleanliness. Just about everything was, as stated in the description. The grill is Charcoal. So, if you are depending on it for a dinner night (like we were) be aware of that. :( we did use the beach chairs and umbrella. The coffee pot is standard. Don’t buy Pods like we did based on the pictures!!!!! The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I’ve ever had to use. I couldn’t even shave in the shower it was so small. There was everything else we needed. All kitchen amenities were there and plenty of blankets/sheets! I appreciated extra blankets. There is no TV in the bedroom. The walk to the beach was perfect. Very short, right across the street! Going to Bridge Street was 0.4 miles. Not a bad walk! Owner/manager was available quickly and pleasant.

Our Honeymoon

We absolutely loved Anna Maria Island, and Bradenton Beach! This property was perfect for my husband and I! It was a super short walk to the beach, literally across the street! Lynn was an amazing and very communicative person our whole stay! We cannot wait to visit again!!
