This was, by far, the cleanest property we have ever rented. It was immaculate! The view is beautiful. The fishing off the dock is actually really good. A lot of local fishermen in boats fish just offshore in front of this condo. The neighbor lady is a permanent resident and very kind and helpful. The communication with the property manager was quick and efficient and the Rental process was seamless. There's a lot of room to store things in this condo. The beds are comfortable and the decorations are tasteful. There are no stairs and one of the bathrooms has a a shower that does not require you to step over anything.. so this would be a good place to rent if you have limited mobility.

I’ve stayed at Runaway Bay several times previously in different condos but this one was my favorite. The water view was great and we enjoyed seeing dolphins from the patio. The renovations to this unit are gorgeous and everything was very clean.

Best Friends Trip

We had an amazing week at Anna Maria Island! Our condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need!! Looked just like the pictures, beds were super comfortable! Dana, our property manager was beyond great!! Would love to stay here again when i go back & hopefully Dana will still be our contact person!!

Blissful Bay

Condo clean, view beautiful. We have been coming vacationing at Runaway Bay since 1993. Very familiar with location and area. This is the first condo at Runaway I felt was very short on basic house hold needs. No scratch paper, pens or pencils. Absolutely no salt/ pepper, basic kitchen needs. We are accustomed to having a few paper plates, garbage bags, a few laundry soaps, dishwasher soaps. Things to get us over the first day, move in chaos. It’s an additional expense to add coffee filters and basic needs. Items we’ve always had. Overall I felt the condo itself was welcoming but the lack of any basic household needs wasn’t. Judy Bird

Thank you so much for my amazing vocation. Beautiful and very clean apartment, all necessary equipment , everything was really good. 7 min away from beach . I recommended this apartment and come back next summer.

Runaway Bay Condo

*Property managers were very accommodating and easy to deal with *Condo only came with THE basics ~ other rentals we’ve stayed in the past had things like leftover trash bags, Ziplock baggies, laundry soap, coffee filters and other things that were left behind and that was nice because we didn’t have to buy everything *so many ants everywhere ~ maybe some baits? Had a bad scare in the bedroom with some large groups of ants because we thought they were bed bugs!! *many beach supplies were in the closet
