The host was excellent! We love that home away from home for many reasons. The location on the beach, all the bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, the pool, ping pong table, the pool table, the putter grounds. Second time there.

This trip was a Christmas gift to our children & grandchildren. With 19 of us , 7 of whom were children who loved the pool and beach!! The separate living areas were fantastic and worked wonderful for our very large family. Looking forward to our next family vacation !!

Wonderful family vacation with 10 adults and 10 kids ages 5 and under. The pool and beach were a big hit. Really enjoyed having two kitchens. I would have liked some baby items available - such as crib, highchair …etc. Highly recommend. When talking about next year several of our crew voted to return here.

The home is beautifully decorated, although could use a good dusting on the art work and such! Kitchens were both well stocked. Induction stove on 1 side and pans seemed to be mixed up from both sides as some of them did not work on the induction stove. Beach proximity was perfect! Unfortunately, maintenance issues during our stay were not so great : / several calls to Maintenace. 2 calls about the Pool malfunction, staff had to fix it twice. Called them for the elevator which broke 3 hours post our arrival. Maintenance came once, said it could not be fixed then again on our last day which they did replace a part and it was fixed then. Given 4 floors and connection to both units on top or bottom floor id not make for a pleasant experience for anyone, least of all the 2 grandmothers in our group who were limited in their ability to climb stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our time, just wish we had a working elevator.

Family Fun!

Once we figured out how to navigate the two sides of the property, we found it to be perfect for our large family group. I did notify the agency that when we arrived we found kitchen floors to be very sticky so we had to clean them ourselves. The sunset and the perfectly placed palm tree just added to the enjoyment.An unexpected highlight which likely won't be repeated was finding baby turtles in the pool one morning -- like 80-100 of them. We suggested having a phone number listed in the manual for the turtle rescue volunteers since our calls to all sorts of agencies got us nowhere, and that group knows exactly what to do for those little creatures.

Excellent location for a group of 19

There was a group of 19 of us for a family vacation. The rental is two sides that only connects by going to the roof or on the lower level. Both sides do have an elevator. The location is perfect. You can walk to some little restaurants. We loved that you have a pool and the beach. Each bedroom had their own bathroom, which was very nice also. We had a one year-old with us and rented a Pack and play from a rental company. We also rented a beach wheelchair for our dad. We primarily stayed on the bigger side, unit B, which had six bedrooms. Unit a has three bedrooms so the adult children stayed on that side. B has a nice large kitchen for everyone to gather. We had a couple issues with the home. First one of the doors going outside wouldn’t lock. There was a piece of blue tape on door saying use side door. We had to call them twice to come out and finally a guy came out and screwed some bracket on it to keep it closed. All the door handles leading outside should all be updated. One of the sinks on unit A didn’t drain well. We did have some cockroaches dead and alive near end of trip. Not thrilled but I would imagine they could have an exterminator come in and spray. They need more washcloths. The pool had a lot of sand in it and even after cleaner came it still did. They need maintenance and cleaning to come through and do a good overall of the house. With that being said I would stay here again because of location and size of home.

Perfect beachfront vacation

Lovely property with perfect location. Close to all shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. A trolley stop right out front and a pool and the Gulf out back. Typical beachfront rental wear and tear, however super spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Property management was always available to address any issues.

Beautiful house, great location

The house is beautiful. It does have two separate sides that connect only on the first and fourth floors. We knew about that ahead of time. It took some getting used to and involved a lot of steps to go from one side to the other. We rarely used the elevators to do so as they were quite slow. There were numerous maintenance issues that were followed up relatively promptly. The contact person was always extremely courteous and understanding. The weather was unseasonably cool, even cold, and they did respond to my request to increase the heat of the pool so the grandkids could swim comforably. If they hadn't, it would have made the time far, far less enjoyable. I really appreciated that.

Christmas Stay

The property was certainly big enough for all of us with plenty of large bedrooms and bathrooms (as advertised). The house was very clean although the pool and pool deck were not (I swept the deck and gathered some debris out of the pool). We really enjoyed the pools and the pool heater worked very well which really helped given the cool weather. Two surprises- 1) we didn’t realize that this was actually 2 halves of a big house and without a way to get from one main level to the other one without going outside. 2) The kitchen was well stocked with the listed appliances once we found out how to open the pantry door. Maybe there should be a sign on the door? Re check-in - I never received a text or email and finally called at 4pm and was told that the house was available. Guessing it may have been available earlier as we were parked outside for a bit. Turns out the door was already open which I reported to the office. Our 5 young grandchildren (ages 5-9) really enjoyed the pools and waterfalls and the very nice back yard area with excellent access to the beach. Overall - we had a very nice stay and enjoyed this beautiful house and the Anna Maria area.

Great Grand Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful house! There were 20 of us, ages 5 to 79. I have knee problems so the elevators were very important to me. We would definitely go again.

SPECTACULAR!!!

It was hard to believe that the property would be better than portrayed online, but it was in almost every way. It was VERY clean, spacious, convenient, private and had everything we needed. The home manager was incredibly responsive. We interacted several times and I don’t think I ever waited more than 20 min for a response. We will DEFINITELY be back to this property.

Wonderful location, disappointing interior

We were terribly disappointed in this home for the money we spent. We cooked together every night and had to make due with not enough serving pieces, ovens that didn’t work, grills with no fuel, furniture that is worn and dirty. The idea of a pool table was nice outside except it was so worn that the pockets had holes in them making the table utterly useless. Rack fell off the wall as soon as someone tried to take pool cue out of holder. Probably most frustrating was that I reached out to property manager the day we moved in with these frustrations and never heard a word from them until they wanted to know what time we would be checking out on Saturday. Make sure you realize it’s two sides of one property that have no inner connection so you have to go outside to enter other side if you rent the whole property. I’ll go back to saying it’s a beautiful location. I’ve rented from Vrbo for years in very high end homes and never have we been this frustrated. Sorry for this poor review but whoever is considering this property should know what they are getting into.

Nice location....but the house was run down and filthy.

Not worth the price. The property is in a great location, but the house itself is run down and filthy dirty. My list of issues with this property is too long to list here.

Amazing beachfront home

This is a very large beachfront home that is well-appointed, meticulously maintained, and has all the amenities you hope for in a home of this scale. The property managers are proactive, clear, and responsive, and make the process simple and effortless. Can't say enough nice things about this rental--highly recommend this property!

First Review I’ve Ever Left!

Just want to start by saying I’ve never left a review about anything online. I want to start by saying that we were lucky enough to meet the owners of the property as we were arriving. They were genuinely just really great people and we instantly realized how much pride they took in the property. They even dropped off fresh donuts the next morning for all 18 of us staying there (9 kids)! The house is over the top as well, tastefully decorated with amazing gulf views and a short distance from everything that the island has to offer. It was truly an amazing experience. Thank you so much for your kindness and allowing us to stay at your home!

Huge beach house for large groups

This location has everything you need for a large group. We cooked meals each night. Days were filled by spending mornings on the beach and afternoons pool side. Rinse & repeat!
