Our overall experience was great! The place had lots of fun things for our families to use.!! There were a few things that could be improved! The elevator on the smaller side did not work. The internet was very poor with very slow service when it did work. The beach umbrellas were both broken & the beach equipment was not in the best condition. For the price, the supplies were extremely limited compared to other vacation rentals we’ve used. However, we all had an amazing time! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family of 14. The kids stayed in the apartment and the adults in the main house. It was heaven.The pool area with the putting green, pool table, ping pong table and corn hole game was great. The kids always had something to occupy them. The pool with its waterfalls and hot tub was just amazing. Being right on the beach was the best. We had breakfast every morning on the deck outside of the kitchen area and watched dolphins and manatees swim by and feed. The free AMI trolley stop was right outside the front door and took us all over the island. Best vacation we’ve had in a while.

Needs 1 st floor bathroom. Bunkrooms only 2 levels needed.!Like a coffin because of the middle bunk. Slept on couches for that reason!

The host was excellent! We love that home away from home for many reasons. The location on the beach, all the bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, the pool, ping pong table, the pool table, the putter grounds. Second time there.

This trip was a Christmas gift to our children & grandchildren. With 19 of us , 7 of whom were children who loved the pool and beach!! The separate living areas were fantastic and worked wonderful for our very large family. Looking forward to our next family vacation !!

Refrigerator was broken and leaking water, and began beeping constantly during our last night and morning. The grill control handles did not turn to regulate the fire and we need pliers to do that. The grill did not get hot enough and we had to finish cooking in the oven. A toilet was not functioning properly. Very disappointing for what we paid, 24,000. Location and amenities were excellent and family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation despite issues noted.

Wonderful family vacation with 10 adults and 10 kids ages 5 and under. The pool and beach were a big hit. Really enjoyed having two kitchens. I would have liked some baby items available - such as crib, highchair …etc. Highly recommend. When talking about next year several of our crew voted to return here.

This property is beautifully and uniquely furnished in every room. The home is large and spacious and allows everyone to have their own space. We will definitely look forward to staying in this property again.

Perfect beachfront vacation

Lovely property with perfect location. Close to all shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. A trolley stop right out front and a pool and the Gulf out back. Typical beachfront rental wear and tear, however super spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Property management was always available to address any issues.

Great Grand Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful house! There were 20 of us, ages 5 to 79. I have knee problems so the elevators were very important to me. We would definitely go again.

Great Beach Experience

All went quite well and we had a memorable vacation time with children and grandchildren. The access to the beach was great and the younger children enjoyed the pool. First class experience! Would do it again.
