When you walk in the front door, the high ceilings, large windows, and concrete floors set the tone of a quiet, solid-build home. The main floor is open with two doors to the outside courtyard complete with shade trees, a bbq and plenty of outdoor furniture in summer. The kitchen has granite and composite counter-tops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with ease as it comes fully equipped with new appliances, and a great supply of cookware, dinnerware, spices and dry goods.

The dining room table and extra chairs can accommodate a large family gathering of 8 people. The living room has a comfortable seating and sitting chairs for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies. There is a large tv with full cable service in the upstairs living room which has high, vaulted ceilings.

The main floor has two queen size bedrooms and a full bathroom in addition to the kitchen, living and dining areas.

Going upstairs from the main floor brings you to a large living room with vaulted ceilings and leather furniture along with a very large tv with cable. The primary king bedroom is spacious with great views and a small bedroom deck facing west for afternoon sun year-round. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other upstairs bedroom also has a king bed, ample closet storage, and there is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Just across the street is Beall Park which is a full city block of space with a basketball hoop, playground, and a nice event center which you can rent very reasonably from the City of Bozeman.
