THE SPACE

The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering together after a day on the slopes, the lake, or the trails. Relax with comfortable seating, enjoy movie nights by the electric fireplace, or cook meals together in the fully equipped kitchen before heading outdoors for dinner under the lights.

The kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals along with a coffee station to help start your mornings right. A grill and outdoor dining area make summer evenings especially memorable.

The lower level has an additional living room, bedroom with 2 full beds, full bath and game room.

The outdoor space is where this property truly shines. Spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit beneath glowing string lights while surrounded by peaceful woods and the sounds of the creek nearby. The secluded backyard offers room to roam, relax, and fully disconnect from busy daily life.

Guests can enjoy creek access for kayaking, fishing, or simply soaking in the natural beauty of the property. Bring your furry friend along too—dogs are welcome and will love exploring the wooded surroundings.

The backyard is perfect for families and kids of all ages. There is a zipline and climbing wall, climbing hooks too. There is a playscape "treehouse" with slide for kids as well. The area is spacious and you can run and play games in the lush grass.

At the lower part of the property the stream runs. It is fairly shallow but still keep an eye on young children, there is no fence but you do have to hike down to the creek.

You’ll be perfectly located to experience Northern Michigan year-round:

• 5 minutes to Lake Charlevoix access, Whiting Park beach, and marina
• 10 minutes to downtown Boyne City shops and restaurants
• 10 minutes to Boyne Mountain Resort for skiing, golf, Avalanche Bay, ziplining, and year-round activities
• Easy drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix, hiking trails, wineries, and scenic lake towns

There is central air in the main living room. Fans work well to blow cool are into bedrooms

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please inquire as to our pet policy. Bringing pets without contacting us may result in a cancelation of your reservation and keeping of your security deposit.

Guests are supplied with a starter set of the following: coffee, filters, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, bathroom trash bags, and laundry soap in some properties that have in unit laundry. If you run out during your stay there is a local grocery store where you can purchase more.
