Beautiful Cotswolds farm house with period features and a beautiful garden.

Lower Farm House is located in rural West Oxfordshire, 90 minutes drive from London. It is quiet, and the night sky is incredible, with majestic sunsets.
The house is very comfortable, recently renovated, with five bedrooms sleeping up to fourteen people.
First floor two large ensuite double bedrooms, one with a sofa bed, two twin rooms with wash hand basins & a large shared bathroom with shower and bath.
Ground floor has an easy access bedroom with two single, one double bed, and space for a fold-up bed, with adjacent walk-in shower.
A fully equipped cottage kitchen.
A large dining room with access to the beautiful private garden.
An elegant farmhouse sitting room with an open fire.
We are also able to offer a variety of on site activities including Archery, Fencing, Archery Tag and Climbing, biking, or off site we can offer Canoeing, Kayaking and SUP
The Lower Farm House is owned by a charity, so your stay will help contribute to transforming the lives of young people as all profits go towards youth development work.
Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 4 bathrooms. Housekeeping is available on request.

We had a wonderful stay for New Year with friends and family. The house was warm and comfortable, and felt very nice to be in. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed going out in the mornings for a cuppa (even if it was cold out!). The kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place was clean and tidy. We will definitely consider coming again! Wholeheartedly recommend.

Just returned from a lovely Xmas break with the family at this beautiful Cotswolds cottage.An ideal size for our party of 14, well equipped and a great host met us upon arrival.A well equipped kitchen, lovely open fire and beautodul large dining room.Some areas could have had more attention from a cleaning perspective but it didn't detract from a lively short break, thank you.

We had a wonderful family weekend at this fabulous property! Plenty of room for everyone and the sunny, south facing garden was just beautiful! The children (9, 10 and 13) had loads of room to run around and play. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need to cater for a large family gathering, plenty of dinnerware, cutlery, cooking equipment etc. and a massive dining table that can easily seat 12 or more people. The check in was smooth, all done through email instruction and there is loads of parking right outside. Jenni was great at answering my questions and accommodating my early/late check in/out requests. We're already looking at the availability to visit again as soon as possible! Highly recommend.

This is a great property for a large family get together. It is comfy but not luxurious which was just right for a family with 5 grandchildren 6 yrs and under. Great secure garden space for the the children to run around in. The kitchen was well equipped with enough of everything for 14 people. The table in the dining room is large enough to get that number of people around it too. We had a wonderful time celebrating a family birthday there.
