Brief reviews from our guests: A tip for the non-car drivers among your guests. We did all tours with public transportation. It went very well. From the airport take the 200 bus to Cannes, change Hotel de Ville in the 1 or 2 to Mairie Annexe (in front of the Ibis hotel). Fare 1. 5 € (with change) This is unbeatably inexpensive, especially with the current petrol prices. Trips to Vence, Grasse, Antibes and elsewhere are also easy to do. We enjoyed the time to have breakfast up the terrace with the sea view was perfect. The money for the underground car park was worth it, we had no thought that anything could happen to the car. Cannes could either be reached on foot (around 25 minutes along the beach) or by bus (around 10 minutes). The supermarkets, the market with fruit, fish, vegetables ... could be reached within 5 minutes on foot. You can also go to Nice and Monaco (it takes less than 1 hour to get there by motorway for € 12 fees), you can take the longer route without fees with the beautiful viewpoints. In any case, we recommend visiting the Porphyry Cliffs and Grand Canyon du Verdon.
Our tips: Cannes la Bocca: daily market on the main street (5min walk). Fruit: mangoes, pineapples, strawberries, melons ... taste very different and smell like that!
Nice: the 'Fenocchio' ice cream parlor on Place Rossetti - against 100 types of ice cream.
Antibes: Marineland - even our son, who is 15 years old and, like many others at this age, thinks everything is boring, was totally enthusiastic about Marineland.
Monaco: Oceanographic Museum with the restaurant on the upper floor with the panorama of Monaco. Our son also found the museum very interesting. This time we also saw the changing of the guard at the palace in Monaco. It was also a lot of fun.
Don't forget: Parking on the streets is free on Sundays and public holidays in France (you can save a lot of money). There are elevators everywhere in Monaco that connect the lower town with the upper town. If you use them you save a lot of time and energy. Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. War mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und für den Preis auf jeden Fall wieder zu empfehlen! Vor allem bei dieser tollen Aussicht und Lage! Mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon.
Von dort aus kann man super nach Nice, Monaco und St. Tropez fahren.
Und für die Tiefgarage bezahlt man nur 5€ pro Tag.
Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden!!

VUE MAGNIFIQUE
Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les collines avoisinantes. L’hôte a vraiment très bien organisé la logistique, ce qui est très plaisant. La croisette est facilement accessible en bus et même jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Les restaurants avoisinants sont de bonne qualité. Il est très pratique d'accéder aux 2 belles piscines de la résidence en descendant juste par l'ascenseur.
