Californian style, our villa, second home, is located in a luxury condominium with caretaker.
It consists of 2 independent apartments connected by a staircase.
Ground floor on the garden: 3 bedrooms (2x2 double beds, a dormitory with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed), 3 showers, 2WC, an equipped summer kitchen and a large living room. Ground floor overlooks the garden and a large west-facing terrace
the 1st floor: a bedroom, a shower, 1 WC, a kitchen and a large living room. 2 terraces (south and west). neat decoration in the style of the house dating from the 70s
it has a very large (shared) swimming pool at the foot of the villa, a tennis court and a 1000m2 garden
the condominium is very quiet
The villa is 1.8kms from the sea, 4kms from Antibes, and 18kms from Nice Airport
lots of small shops nearby
You can rent just the ground floor or the whole villa (a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens etc ...)
as for dates, It is free from 3/4 July until 21 July
the apartment on the 1st level (1 bedroom only) is available mid May, June and September as well as the 1st half of July
price to be defined according to the options and dates chosen
