Casa super confortável e localização incrível!

A casa é muito confortável, bem casa de praia mesmo. A localização é excelente, você faz tudo a pé em uma caminhada gostosa, tudo perto. O condomínio tem uma piscina incrível. E a Dona Ava é um amor de pessoa, super solicita e gente boa. Pretendo voltar!

Local bom, aconchegante!

Começo fazendo a avaliação pelo condomínio que é muito bem localizado, local com muita natureza e piscina maravilhosa. A casa é espaçosa e confortável para 4 pessoas e 1 criança, os lençóis muitos cheirosos, entretanto a casa não vem tendo manutenção, pois o ar condicionado do quarto do casal faz bastante barulho e incomoda um pouco e o fogão só funciona 2 bocas, a limpeza da casa também deixou a desejar, muita poeira e teia de aranha nos móveis, persianas. Apesar desses pontos a melhorar, foi um FDS tranquilo e que deu para aproveitar.

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa... Anfitriã muito atenciosa e flexível. O imóvel bem localizado e tudo organizado. Obs: Única queixa fica por conta do atendimento na Vrbo, onde a forma de pagamento saiu diferente da que eu solicitei e o pagamento foi debitado em uma única vez.

Imovel muito bem localizado em relacao à vila de Praia do Forte. Condominio muito bem decorado, piscina muito agradavel e de aguas mornas, ambiente bastante arborizado. Os unicos poréns foram a limpeza do imovel e o estado de conservacao do fogão(muito velho). No geral, muito bom o ap. Os problemas nao chegam a comprometer, pois ha outros fatores que se sobrepoem,principalmente a localizacao e a infra do condominio.

Casa excelente, localização excelente! 3 quartos com ar, sala ampla, condomínio maravilhoso. Passamos 5 dias maravilhosos. Obrigada Dona Ava pela flexibilidade no diálogo. Na minha opinião só a geladeira que poderia ser maior, pra 2 famílias foi pequena demais pra tudo que precisávamos, mas nós viramos bem. A camareira que faz a limpeza precisa se atentar e tirar o pó dos móveis e limpar embaixo das camas e sofá. No mais não tenho o que reclamar. O carnaval de 2020 foi perfeito.
