Location conforme Ă  la description. Accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able par la propriĂ©taire Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et au dĂ©part. L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et propre. Le rapport qualitĂ©/prix est trĂšs bon. Nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© l'extĂ©rieur avec un parc bien entretenu et ideal pour des petites promenades (avec le petit chien 🙂).

Une adresse Ă  retenir pour vacanciers et curistes.

En aoĂ»t 2023 nous avons passĂ© quatre semaines dans ce logement lumineux. Sa situation est favorable en face d'une espace verte, dont une partie est amĂ©nagĂ©e comme parking pour l'Ă©cole primaire et le collĂšge de la commune. Le quartier rĂ©sidentiel est trĂšs calme. Une boulangerie-pĂątisserie et un restaurant sont situĂ©s Ă  50 mĂštres. Un Carrefour Express Ă  300 mĂštres. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l'amĂ©nagement de ce gĂźte de plein pied qui compte un sĂ©jour de 20 mÂČ avec coin bureau et Ă©cran tĂ©lĂ©, une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, deux chambres de bonne taille avec salle d'eau et toilette indĂ©pendantes et un cellier. Bonne isolation thermique et phonique. La literie et l'Ă©quipement Ă©lectromĂ©nager sont neufs et de bonne qualitĂ©. Mention spĂ©ciale pour la climatisation de la marque Daikin. Finitions soignĂ©es. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hĂ©sitation.

Appartement trÚs trÚs bien équipé

Logement calme malgrĂ© sa position en centre bourg, bonne isolation phonique et thermique. L'hĂŽte est trĂšs aimable et serviable. Dommage que des camionnettes d'ambulanciers se garent plusieurs fois par jour juste devant l'une des fenĂȘtres donnant sur le trottoir, occultant complĂštement la vue sur la place. Dommage Ă©galement de ne disposer d'aucun espace extĂ©rieur privatif, pas mĂȘme pour stocker les poubelles.
