Very comfortable house with pool on the most beautiful street of the colony, beach 3 minutes driving and 15 minutes walking, very spacious and with privacy, no noise to rest and excellent location. Towels are delivered to the shower. In case of requiring towels for the beach or pool is an extra service and is paid upon arrival 300 pesos for 8 pool towels.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN COVERS AS THERE IS NO HERE, THEY ALWAYS OXIDE.
It has a private pool 2. 30 wide x 3. 40 long 1. 20 ondo deliver good quality sheets, basic kitchen utensils such as coffee maker, blender, etc. Towels are delivered to the shower.
In case of requiring towels for the beach or pool is an extra service and is paid upon arrival 300 pesos for 8 pool towels. For change of towels are 350 pesos for every 8 towels
The price is lower than normal for the following reason:
It is important that you know before renting that in this property I just built a room at the top with stairs to the front only which works as a cellar and laundry. The working hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm but if one day you ask to work later, just let us know to respect your dream.
Various prices depending on the season may be cheaper or a better price may be given depending on the number of people.
In a hotel of the level of my house per room for two people to 3 costs 250 usds and they are very small rooms and do not have a pool
