I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THIS PLACE. IT IS TERRIBLE.

Avoid this property.

Firstly let me point out this review is NOT a general review of this establishment but specifically the listing of this individual apartment advertised by Mont Blanc booking. For those persons who are not aware Arcs 1950 is a village of 5 or 6 apartment blocks. I believe some, if not all, of these apartments are privately owned but a high percentage are managed by Pierre et Vacances who seem to have the long term leases and provide reception services etc. My rental was private with the above mentioned company and was awful. Communication with the booking agents was minimalistic and disjointed. The listing on this website states that bed linen and towels are NOT included with the rental but can be requested. As we were flying from the UK I requested this service on 3 occasions, firstly in November, then again in January and finally a couple of weeks before arrival. Nothing was provided - we ended up sleeping on bare mattresses with no sheets or pillowcases. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival and the toilets were in a disgusting state. One off the shower heads was completely missing!! There were no cleaning products provided and we were very lucky that the previous clients had left us a third of a toilet roll as we arrived after the local supermarket had closed. We received entry details only 2-3 hours before arrival and no information on how to access the ski locker. This property is NOT suitable for listing here.

Appartement satisfaisant, le reste passable

A lire avant de réserver. Appartement conforme aux classiques des Arcs 1950. Dommage que le propriétaire et son service de conciergerie ne soit pas au niveau.. AVANT Le Départ : on apprend qu'il est impossible de prendre l'option draps et serviettes bien que l'option soit stipulée dans l'annonce, dans le mail de confirmation.. Un service de camping pour une semaine à plus de 4000€ c'est inadmissible. A l'ARRIVÉE : On doit nous prévenir dès que l'appartement est prêt (nous avons un enfant en bas age) : on oublie de nous prévenir alors que l'appartement était prêt depuis au moins 1h. A la réception de l'immeuble où l'on doit passer IMPÉRATIVEMENT pour récupérer les cartes pour accéder aux services de l'immeuble (piscine, spa...) : ils nous connaissent pas car le service de conciergerie n'a pas transmis nos noms (du coup grosse perte de temps). DANS L'APPARTEMENT Il manque la Nespresso : selon le contact de la conciergerie volée la semaine précédente (!) La TV est cassée : Ce même contact nous indique qu'elle sera changée dès le lundi, elle ne l'était toujours pas lors de notre départ le samedi. Il manque une ampoule dans une lumière du salon, il manque une barre en bois de décoration sur la porte d'entrée.. un entretien très moyen. A propos de l'annonce, photos ABUSIVES : SPA deep nature : PAYANT Piscines vue montblanc et couverte : ne correspond pas à cette résidence, inaccessibles. Seule concession : départ tardif accordé, merci pour ce geste.

Het appartement is een prive verblijf binnen een groot app.complex. Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privé beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven …dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geïmproviseerd
