Located 250 m from the small beach of Malendure with access from the villa to the beach and a magnificent view of the bay of malendure the villa of approximately 180 M2 is composed in ground floor of a living room kitchen, a room with room of water and bathroom with toilet an entrance with bed of a person on the first floor a second room with room of bath and toilet, the whole is air-conditioned the tropical garden is privative and the privative swimming pool access to the beach directly from the residence

Nice stay in Guadeloupe.
Setting is beautiful. Pool is wonderful. Well manicured grounds and furnishings. Owner was very accommodating. A few drawbacks. Driveway is very difficult to navigate. En-suite for downstairs bedroom is incomplete. Toilet is on other side of house. Area is buggy. Pizza oven does not operate.

La villa est très jolie, emplacement parfait près de la plage. C'est bien plus joli que sur les photos. Malheureusement, nous avons dû arriver plus tôt en raison de la crise du virus corona. Merci Jean Jacques
