Esta casa junto al arroyo es fundamental para las áreas de Boone, Blowing Rock y Banner Elk. ¡El verano está aquí! ¡Reserve para una escapada de verano ahora y esperamos que lo planifique con nosotros! Un nivel principal fabuloso Master Suite con ventanas del piso al techo tiene una cama King, bañera de hidromasaje y cabina de ducha con azulejos. Las puertas francesas del maestro se abren a la terraza donde se puede disfrutar de un café por la mañana escuchando la prisa del arroyo. Hay dos dormitorios secundarios en el nivel principal. Uno con una cama doble y baño privado completo y otro con dos camas individuales. Hay un baño completo ubicado en el pasillo. Un dormitorio Loft privado arriba tiene una cama Queen y un medio baño.
Una cocina completamente equipada. La habitación familiar cuenta con una hermosa chimenea de leña, piedra natural, techos abovedados con vigas y una gran cantidad de ventanas para que entre la luz natural y la vista. Mesa de futbolín.
Una amplia cubierta envolvente ofrece un excelente lugar para entretener y escuchar los sonidos del arroyo. La cubierta tiene asientos al aire libre para comer, sillones y una parrilla de gas Weber. Siéntese junto al arroyo, moje los dedos de los pies y lea un libro o tome una siesta en una hamaca.
También hay una zona de juegos con columpios cerca del arroyo. Ven y quédate y relájate ..........

El hogar ofrece internet inalámbrico, televisión por cable, sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes y un pequeño loft en la oficina sobre la Master Suite.

Tenemos amplio estacionamiento en dos áreas de estacionamiento en la propiedad.

Estamos a 9 millas de Sugar Ski Mtn, a 17 millas de Beech Ski Mtn y a 21 millas de App Ski Mtn, a 8 millas de Hawksnest Tubing Park. Estamos muy céntricos. Nuestra comunidad ha pavimentado caminos que se aran en el invierno si es necesario.

Beautiful home!

We had an amazing time during our stay in Boone for a wedding. The house was stunning and clean, and Tricia was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely book again if I’m in the area.

Great Stay

We had a great stay!! House and grounds were very nice in Hounds Ears. Plenty of room and extremely well stocked. Everything was very nice and the owners were very responsive. Only issue was water heaters had a little trouble keeping up with demand as it was very cold out. Would be a great place to stay any time of year

Great house in a great location

Our family of 4 adults and 4 kids (6-17) enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The host asked if we wanted it decorated and we thankfully accepted. It was beautiful. The house is in a very nice gated neighborhood close to multiple ski resorts, shopping, and lots of other attractions. The views from the windows and deck were beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet offering privacy. We cooked almost every meal in the well equipped kitchen using the table that comfortably seats eight. There are 5 well stocked grocery stores nearby. Businesses have recovered well from Hurricane Helene. It was snowing when we arrived and we were pleased to find the roads well maintained in the neighborhood. Even though the driveway is steep, it has an attached carport big enough to hold our large van to load and unload under a covered area. My wife was glad I was driving when it came to backing up the driveway. We used the master BR walk in closet for a single air mattress for a kid with special needs (on oxygen). We would stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house is very nice, super clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We had our annual family Thanksgiving with a range of ages from 14 to late 70's and everyone had a wonderful time. The house is big enough to enjoy privacy as well as cozy enough to enjoy family time. The roads are a little steep but nothing different than anywhere else in Boone. The hosts are also very responsive to any question. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Memorial weekend getaway

Great mountain house with a stream right out back that the kids loved. As well as Fishing pond at the golf course. Well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen utensils and cookware. Owners gave great recommendations for hikes, activities and restaurants that we took advantage of as well!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Our family and friends truly enjoyed our weekend getaway! The house was just what we needed. Clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The creek in the backyard was a bonus that all the kids and adults loved!

Winter Escape

We had a great time. Location was great as it was close to Hawksnest Tubing, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone. Even though it was winter, the creek offered a lot of fun for out grandchildren to explore along with other local parks.

Family time in the mountains

Our family enjoyed our time in this home. It was a great setup for our short weekend trip. Next time we will need to stay longer as there are lots of things to do locally. House was clean and the communications were fantastic. Made this a stress free process. Definitely recommend this property to others.

Weekend stay with toddlers

We enjoyed our stay with 2 toddlers who loved the creek out back very much. We also had fun having a low country boil for dinner one night out on the deck with fall leaves surrounding us- so perfect for an autumn weekend in the mountains! The house was in great proximity to the valle crucis park and original mast general store as well as tweetsie railroad. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Labor Day weekend!

Perfect long weekend in the High Country, Hound Ears, and Creekside Getaway. Continuous sounds of the babbling brook very calming, peaceful on our much-needed work break. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, eating needs; better than we have experienced in other rentals.

Family Vacation
