Um lugar bom, mas precisa de melhorias.

O lugar e muito bom, bem tranquilo, os funcionários excelentes. O café da manhã excelente, o almoço também muito gostoso O quarto deixou muito a desejar, com paredes sujas, e cheiro de mofo, o pouco móvel que tinha mal conservado, o guarda roupa impossível de usar de tanto mofo. O quarto também estava sem geladeira , improvisaram um frigobar todo enferrujado por fora, mais ainda bem que funcionava. No geral um lugar muito bom mas precisa de melhorias.

Melhor pousada de Bonito PE

Recomendo essa pousada, já é a segunda vez que vou, o lugar sempre surpreende com a beleza e a acomodação. Quênia é a responsável pelo lugar, sempre tentando fazer nossa estadia a melhor possível (Um excelente atendimento). A pousada possui passeio a cavalo e trilha + cachoeira privada

Deixa a desejar

O atendimento e a comida são ótimos, mas as instalações deixam a desejar, toalhas de péssima qualidade, cama apenas com protetor de colchão, sem lençol para cobrir a mesma. O chuveiro estava queimado e trocaram por outro velho e sujo, onde a água saia para todos os lados, ar condicionado sujo. A acústica do quero era ruim, ouvíamos o que se passava no quarto ao lado. O vaso sanitário não estava preso no chão. Não havia local para pendurar roupas e toalhas no banheiro. Banheiro não tinha nem janela nem exaustor.

Melhor custo x benefício!

Excelente escolha. É uma pousada, não um hotel, mas alguns aspectos se assemelham a hotel, como o padrão do restaurante que me surpreendeu com um cardápio bem diversificado. Café da manhã bem sortido e farto, com todos os funcionários empenhados em te servir e garantir tua satisfação. Vc se sente realmente bem recebido. Infraestrutura não deixa nada a desejar. importante lembrar que é uma pousada, então é um simples com bastante limpeza e organização. Dispõe de Ar condicionado split, chuveiro elétrico, frigobar, rede na varanda, etc, dentro do padrão de pousada. Lençóis e toalhas bem limpos e sem cheiros. Wi-fi funciona quase 100% do tempo e com boa cobertura em toda pousada. Piscinas limpas e área de lazer também. Atendimento foi impecável do check in ao checkout. Especialmente Ester, Edilson e os donos da pousada, que nos atenderam MUITO bem. As medidas de precaução com a pandemia também eram bem cumpridas. Certamente vamos voltar la!!! A pousada é numa Serra, rodeada de vegetação/mata, então pode haver algum inseto, mas nada em demasia, achei que fosse pior nesse sentido, mas aos alérgicos, levem repelente caso sinta necessidade. Vc vai encontrar sapos, gafanhotos e, caso seu estilo seja puramente urbano, de viver confinado em azulejos, talvez incomode, então vá tendo respeito ao ambiente natural externo. Fizemos a pensão completa, com as três refeições, valeu muito a pena e não sentimos falta de nada! Localização bem próxima à Cachoeira Véu da Noiva 1.

Rústico ao extremo

A natureza é exuberante porém a estrutura muito precária. Não tem haver com luxo e sim cuidado. Quarto não era arejado, com cheiro de mofo que uma simples abertura diária de portas e janelas resolveria. Roupas de cama e banho muito ruins, toalhas com manchas e escurecidas, conforto abaixo de zero. Contato extremo com a natureza inclusive dentro do quarto com a quantidade de anfíbios que saiam do banheiro e se espalhavam pelas paredes do quarto. Noite em claro com medo de acordar com um sapinho na cama... Mas tdo tem seu contraponto... O atendimento e receptividade são excelentes. Se não precisasse dormir e nem tomar banho teria sido perfeito...

Destaque para o atendimento de todos. Eles fazem você se sentir em casa. O visual do lugar é coisa de outro mundo. Comida muito boa. Pousada no alto de uma serra no município de Bonito, acesso com cuidado pois a estrada não eh bem sinalizada. Recepção ótima, ambiente agradável, comida gostosa. Clima de fazenda, muito verde e frio. Sentimos falta de um frigobar no quarto. O acesso ao wi-fi apenas é feito no restaurante da pousada, tornando-se um pouco desconfortável para o hóspede.
