Perched on the 10th floor of Building 3 at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club — right at the heart of the five-tower complex — this thoughtfully upgraded studio delivers one of the most spectacular Gulf views in the entire community, paired with finishes and furnishings that set it well apart from a typical vacation rental. The sunsets from this balcony are genuinely unforgettable.



Designed with an eye for detail and a couple's comfort in mind, this studio is the ideal retreat for guests who want beautiful surroundings, a well-equipped kitchen, and the beach just across the street.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.

Upgraded furnishings and carefully chosen finishes give this 500+ sq ft studio a polished, welcoming feel from the moment you arrive.



The beautifully remodeled kitchen is a highlight in its own right — quartz countertops, a glass tile backsplash, full-size upgraded appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances needed for easy, enjoyable meals in. A dining table with seating for up to 4 completes the space.



The living area features a leather sofa and a large wall-mounted TV with cable, with full glass sliding doors opening directly onto the screened balcony and that breathtaking Gulf view. Whether it's your morning Keurig or an evening cocktail, the balcony is where you'll want to be.



The sleeping area is a genuine retreat — a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress, freshly made with provided linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a spacious walk-in closet. A desk alcove sits just beside the closet, making this a quietly ideal setup for remote workers who need to get a little work done between beach days.



The full bathroom features a large walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels included for your stay.

Nicely remodeled unit with fantastic view. Loved the beach chairs. The only issue was the bed was very uncomfortable as it was way too soft which might be good for some but I would say most would not enjoy rolling to the middle of the bed and sinking to the frame.

This room had everything we needed and more. We stay to be close to the beach and love the ease of access. We come to town to visit friends and the main office allowed our friends a day pass to park in their lot. (The property is very strict about their parking lot, which is nice!) We booked this room for the view and it exceeded our expectations. We did not use either pool on the property or take advantage of the daily discounted activities. Checking in and out was super easy! We didn’t need any help during our stay but the couple of times we texted the property about a late arrival, they were very quick to respond. I loved that they have a full fridge with ice and water. We got great use out of the 3 beach chairs and mini cooler. Our short walk to Coconut Jacks did not disappoint. Warning to light sleepers - we didn’t use our sound machine the first night. The elevator is right next to the room and woke us up a couple of times. Nothing a sound machine couldn’t coverup.

Fantastic location, condo and view of the gulf. The beach is right across the street and the condo is well equipped with chairs, towels, etc. Sunsets on the balcony were excellent and just as advertised! Condo was clean and nicely remodeled. Kitchen and bath were well stocked and had everything we needed. Only thing not quite perfect was the bed - very soft and not quite up to the level as everything else. The free daily activities were a great bonus, jet skiing on the gulf (for free) was fantastic.

Perfect, just perfect. Rating is 5 stars. The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was VERY clean and had everything we needed. You can tell the condo has been updated and the owner takes great care in maintaining a pristine space for guests to enjoy. Having a beautiful view of the ocean 24/7 was the best. We could even watch the sunset. I had to contact the owner the day we arrived, and she responded within 5 minutes, and my question was answered. The beach is a quick walk away and the unit is situated between 2 pools. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella plus more that were available for use. We hope to return soon. We didn't want to leave! Thank you.

Very nice, clean 10th floor Condo with a really nice view of the gulf. Doc’s Beach House (great food) is a short walk across the street. Other shopping, restaurants very close. Condo building is older, but condo has been updated and is in great shape. Communication with Melia was prompt and friendly. The hurricanes did damage the lower floor lobby. We were warned about this by Melia. There was still construction going on, but it was not a problem for us at all. We had a great stay!

A lovely condo in a beautiful city!!

We have been traveling to Florida for several years and this stay was so far the best we‘ve ever had. The condo has a perfect view on the golf, but also to naples and the everglades. It is on the 10th floor and has a lovely and really modern furniture (e.g. the freezer is able to produce ice for your drinks :D). Our contact Meli Gumma was really kind, helpful and professionel and the communication was fast and without any problems. The condo is managed by Royal Shell, which is located in the same building, so you have a friendly and professional contact for any problems at any time. We would fully recommend a stay in that condo!! Addition: In contrast to several Reviews, the vrbo Customer Support was really helpful to us and the Communication was great. We would also recommend the Platform „vrbo“ at any time.

The building is not much to look at , but our unit was very beautifully decorated and impeccable. Everything you needed for the beach was available: chairs, umbrella, small cooler. A few more large towels would have been nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Washer and dryers were available on ground floor with a cost. There is a cafe located on sight as well as tennis courts. Loved the beautiful views from our balcony. The beach is located right across the street. A beach caddy would be a nice addition to manage getting everything to the beach. Definitely will return! Loved every day!

We have rented at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club four times and will continue to do so in the future. The location is perfect, the complex is great, the units are always just what we need and then some. Stayed here the week between Christmas and New Years. Weather was fantastic, the location and unit was great. Very clean, staff was great, helpful and friendly. Unit was stocked with everything you need ( wish it had beach towels- but not sure if it stated it in the description or not) but wasn’t a big deal. Check in and out was simple. We would recommend and return here to anyone. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place. Happy 2022
