We just returned from a wonderful vacation in this studio. It's exactly like the pictures. Clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is there. Loved the comfortable bed and the big shower. The view from the 10th floor is simply amazing.The beach is right across the street.Check in was easy. Would definitely rent again !

Perfect, just perfect. Rating is 5 stars. The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was VERY clean and had everything we needed. You can tell the condo has been updated and the owner takes great care in maintaining a pristine space for guests to enjoy. Having a beautiful view of the ocean 24/7 was the best. We could even watch the sunset. I had to contact the owner the day we arrived, and she responded within 5 minutes, and my question was answered. The beach is a quick walk away and the unit is situated between 2 pools. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella plus more that were available for use. We hope to return soon. We didn't want to leave! Thank you.

Excellent beach Condo

Very nice, clean 10th floor Condo with a really nice view of the gulf. Doc’s Beach House (great food) is a short walk across the street. Other shopping, restaurants very close. Condo building is older, but condo has been updated and is in great shape. Communication with Melia was prompt and friendly. The hurricanes did damage the lower floor lobby. We were warned about this by Melia. There was still construction going on, but it was not a problem for us at all. We had a great stay!

Appreciated the condo owner’s prompt responses with any questions or concerns we had. The view from the balcony was wonderful especially the sunsets. I was disappointed the pools were not open when we arrived although I knew it was a possibility as construction is still ongoing.

A lovely condo in a beautiful city!!

We have been traveling to Florida for several years and this stay was so far the best we‘ve ever had. The condo has a perfect view on the golf, but also to naples and the everglades. It is on the 10th floor and has a lovely and really modern furniture (e.g. the freezer is able to produce ice for your drinks :D). Our contact Meli Gumma was really kind, helpful and professionel and the communication was fast and without any problems. The condo is managed by Royal Shell, which is located in the same building, so you have a friendly and professional contact for any problems at any time. We would fully recommend a stay in that condo!! Addition: In contrast to several Reviews, the vrbo Customer Support was really helpful to us and the Communication was great. We would also recommend the Platform „vrbo“ at any time.

Nice location

The building is not much to look at , but our unit was very beautifully decorated and impeccable. Everything you needed for the beach was available: chairs, umbrella, small cooler. A few more large towels would have been nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Washer and dryers were available on ground floor with a cost. There is a cafe located on sight as well as tennis courts. Loved the beautiful views from our balcony. The beach is located right across the street. A beach caddy would be a nice addition to manage getting everything to the beach. Definitely will return! Loved every day!

Wonderful as Usual

We have rented at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club four times and will continue to do so in the future. The location is perfect, the complex is great, the units are always just what we need and then some. Beach, Jet Skis, boat rental, pools, tennis, pickle ball, bocce, shuffle board, nearby waterfront restaurants and more, more, more!

Beautiful sunset view

Stayed here the week between Christmas and New Years. Weather was fantastic, the location and unit was great. Very clean, staff was great, helpful and friendly. Unit was stocked with everything you need ( wish it had beach towels- but not sure if it stated it in the description or not) but wasn’t a big deal. Check in and out was simple. We would recommend and return here to anyone. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place. Happy 2022

Florida getaway!

Space Just right for the two of us! Beautiful gulf/beach views with evening sunsets. Accommodations clean, nicely decorated, kitchen updated with all the conveniences (Kureg K Cup). Loved the tennis courts & Pro, Phil will coordinate a match for doubles/singles. Perfect couples getaway bungalow. 5 min. Walk to the beach, coconut Jacks a must for dinner! We will be back!
