This property was lovely, but has sooooooo much room for improvement. See details, below.
Pros:
1. Across the street from the water, and a boat dock where you can rent boats. (SUPER CONVENIENT!))
2. Very close to downtown Bolton, which has restaurants, cute shops, etc.
3. Across the street from one of the most popular restaurants in the area, The Algonquian.
4. The property seems to be newly built or newly renovated.
5. Each floor has a balcony area with plenty of seating for relaxation.
6. The rooms on the first and third floors seem spacious and roomy.
7. The kitchen and dining areas are nice and roomy, and the kitchen is pretty much stocked with anything you need (minus a few necessary items—see below.)
8. There is ample parking. You may have to let people in and out (because it’s just a long single-wide driveway), but there is enough room for 3 cars.
9. Huge dining area table for everyone to comfortably eat without being on top of each other.
Things to consider:
-If guests want to be in a quiet location, this is not the place for them. You can hear every vehicle that drives by, you can hear the people parking their cars to go across the street to the boat dock, you can hear the lawn mowers, you can hear the maintenance people walking in and out of the lower level area, etc., etc., etc. Unfortunately, the people with rooms facing the front of the house near the deck, did not get restful sleep at all. (This should be communicated somewhere in the listing.)
