Lovely apartment overlooking Piazza Maggiore, in Bologna.



The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift, accessible from Via de' Fusari.

The entrance opens onto the bright living area which consists of two spaces divided by an arched opening: the kitchen, fully equipped also with a microwave and a kettle, a dining table and a large wardrobe, and the living room coming with an additional dining table, a sofa bed, a TV and a window.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe with a mirror.

A full bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the apartment.

Perfect location in historic city center

The property was amazing! Right near the historic city center but tucked away just enough so that it didn’t feel too close to it all. There are 75 stairs to the apartment door, so be prepared for a bit of a climb to then have amazing views!! Very clean and better than you would imagine from the pictures.

The perfect place to fall in love with Bologna

Fantastic location, lots of stairs to balance out the fabulous food and wine you will consume in Bologna. Sitting in our dining room and looking straight out to the Piazza during the jazz festival will be a great memory. There were issues with the facilities however the team did their best to keep us up to date and resolve the issues.

Great location apt not for everyone

Please read very carefully when you book this apartment 3 floor no elevator they did no specified That also you have one more set of deep step on your entrance total 58 deep step not for older people or heavy set or with large luggage. Also i put 3 Adult the website did not specify that the bathroom was in the Master bedroom. Also they Listed bedroom 1 Bedroom 2 sofa couch They supposed have listed Bedroom 1 with Bathroom shover And living room with sofa couch. No small service bathroom for the third Adult. In small word i had to book one more Studio for my brother that needed to use the bathroom often. Shame on them

Refugium im Dach

Mit Blick auf den Piazza Maggiore, ein perfektes Nest im Dach, im Zentrum der Stadt, ideal für Paare, geräumig und angenehm. Gute Küche, gutes Sofa, schöner Esstisch mit Blick auf den Platz, gutes Bett, gutes Bad. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Sehr schöner Empfang durch die weibliche Welcome-Agent. Der Treppenaufgang ist ein willkommenes Fitness-Training, für uns (über 60) nicht zu beschwerlich.
