If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here. The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. We offered to swing by where the person live in our taxi, to pick up the key, but there was a requirement that the person was there physically, and we didn't have room for one more person in the taxi. We asked if the person could take a taxi, a bus or perhaps walk instead (45 min walk), but this was not possible. We had been up since 0400, and had to wait from 1530-1730 before the rain stopped. The apartment itself was clean, the beds were good, the kitchen contains proper kitchen-stuff and there is Wifi, so I have nothing to complain about otherwise, but I can only recommend this place during sunny weather.

The apartment was big and clean but lacked a few simple things like a second key to access the property and our big let down was a broken toilet seat which stabbed us regularly drawing blood. despite notifying them as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was small and hot water ran out regularly but apart from this the apartment was in a nice location and was comfortable for our stay and the amenities although basic were suitable as we stayed out most of the time. We cooked once in the property but had to buy all the little things like salt, oil & pepper. Overall it was a mostly pleasant stay but a bit overpriced for what was actually in the flat.

Great

Location was really really nice in a residential area surrounded by typical Italian buildings. Loved it after the hectic old town. The apartment has only two rooms and that’s it. We were 5 of us. The kitchen is good, however the chairs are not so comfortable. Also there would be nice to have a seating area and not have the convertible small beds as beds all the time. Nevertheless it was a really nice place. Would recommend it.
