Nice studio apartment furnished in industrial style and decorated with recycled objects and exposed bricks, just a few minutes from the Two Towers.
Located on the ground floor of a building, the apartment opens to an open space tastefully furnished with recycled materials and decorated with wood elements, which includes a well-equipped kitchen fitted also with a kettle, a microwave and a dining table with chairs. A comfortable double sofa bed and TV complete the living area while the sleeping area, partially separated, comes with a queen size bed. A full bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the property.
*The building houses three other apartments that can host up to 4 people each. Contact us for more information!
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Steps away from everything
Great location - enter from one of the main streets with both the Due Torri and Piazza San Stefano within 5 minutes' walk, yet no sounds of city life makes into the courtyard that this unit sits off of. Clean, comfortable, we even used the small kitchen to make our dinner one night just to take a break from eating out from more than a week straight on vacation. And Alba (who checked us in) gave some solid recommendations for places to eat.

Notre sĂ©jour organisĂ©e par nous meme a Ă©tĂ© extra mais entachĂ© par l appartement pour le quel il y avait plusieurs problĂšme: d abord le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas aprĂšs on n a pas pu l arrĂȘter et le soir il faisait torride , insupportable. Ensuite problĂšme d humiditĂ©: apparemment l Apartment a Ă©tĂ© inondĂ© il y a peu. Enfin des fourmis sont apparu Ă la porte d entrĂ©e et dans la salle de bain. L agence local a essayĂ© de rĂ©soudre le problĂšme : le chauffage a Ă©tĂ© remis en route: ils ont dit qu il reviendrait vers nous, ce qui n a pas Ă©tĂ© le cas et qu il nous dĂ©dommagerait pour les 48h sans chauffage. On n a pas eu envie d ĂȘtre en permanence pendant un sĂ©jour de vacances Ă essayer de rĂ©gler tous ces problĂšmes. Mais l agence italienne n est toujours pas revenu vers nous, ce qui est ici acceptable. Ce qui est compliquĂ© aussi c est d avoir une agence local et d autre part avec qui la location a Ă©tĂ© faite.
