Spacious and cozy apartment in the historic center of Bologna.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator, in a very convenient location to the main attractions of the city. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a dining room, a living room with double sofa bed and TV, and a classically styled kitchen equipped with all amenities including dishwasher, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both equipped with queen-size beds.

A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Spacious apartment needs updating. The bathroom counters are cracked and shabby. The dishwasher should go and a clothes washing machine installed. No visitor comes to Bologna to cook!

1st Time Bologna

The location and size of the property was great. Check in was quite good/responsive. My biggest concerns were really about the upkeep/state of the property. Lots of care and attention needed. Electric in one room was unreliable (noted by the person checking me in), some light fixtures lacking bulbs, washing machine was in need of desperate replacement, lots of wall patching/painting needed. Just overall sadly run down.
