We experienced a major essential-amenity failure and the handling of it derailed our stay.Night 1 the water heater displayed “ERROR” and we had no usable hot water. We reported it promptly, followed instructions, and spent much of the night trying resets without success. I asked to be moved to another of their comparable units or have a real technician come the next morning. Instead they came and did the same simple reset steps, but there was still no reliable hot water — it would heat briefly, then drop quickly once turned on, and the unit returned to “ERROR” again.Communication and resolution were extremely frustrating. We were told someone would return in one hour; we waited several hours, then got a message asking for an update instead of an actual repair. After we shared pictures and explained the issue persisted, we were told “it’s ok.” For a family of four with young kids, a few minutes of warm water before it drops is not workable. We repeatedly requested relocation, but those requests were deflected.A dismissive comment was also made: “it’s never hot enough for a woman.”During escalation, we were told the manager claimed they hadn’t heard complaints from us, which didn’t match our message history. We were forced to relocate, and no refund was provided for the original reservation.We lost an entire day of our trip dealing with this, and the relocation itself was difficult with luggage and children in bad weather. I wouldn't book with this manager again ever.
