The front desk staff were very helpful and super nice. They served ice cream to my grandchild.

Didn’t clean my room For 3 days - even when I requested it the 2nd day Rooms need remodeled- old and dirty Water from hot water container was orange Sink plugged up Dust and dirt everywhere in room Will never spend money at La Quinta again. This is my 2nd bad experience recently

Clean and nice, but walls are paper thin and you heard every thump, bump, and door slam on our floor. Even with a fan going.

The hotel was okay, but we’ll probably not stay there again. It sufficed for a quick trip to Boise at an affordable rate. However, the staff was inattentive and absent from the front desk which was limiting to assistance. When we checked in and went to our room the door was open which I’ve never seen before, it felt like a security and cleanliness concern. The continental breakfast was cereal and yogurt which was not what was expected, as other hotels we've stayed at prior to and during the pandemic still included the typical hot meal (eggs, sausage or bacon, a biscuit, etc.). We’ll likely spend a little more to get a better and more comfortable stay/experience elsewhere next time we travel to the area. Overall, if you solely are looking for a roof over your head at an affordable rate this may be perfect, but if you’re looking for a comfortable stay that you can relax in you may want to look elsewhere.
