Then, look no further, this dynamite location a few blocks from BSU also gives you easy access to downtown Boise, the Greenbelt and Bown Crossing where there are great location restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. A back door from the kitchen opens up to a fully fenced in back yard is suitable for small pets to enjoy. The driveway can hold 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking in front of the house as well. Come relax at home and take in a Broncos Game!

Couches are terrible. Need replaced badly. Yard is super muddy with thin grass. Could only find one hand towel. Furnace is very loud and home seems to have no insulation so furnace runs a lot.

Loved staying at this cute little house! Quiet street even though it was super close to campus-would be a great place if you're going to a BSU game as it's walking distance from the stadium. Perfect Getaway Next to BSU

With our twins attending BSU, one living on and the other just off campus, we wanted to find something close to both. We enjoyed this cozy fully furnished home and its proximity within walking distance to both our kids. We found the home clean, warm and well organized. Comfortable stay

Cute, clean cottage home, convenient location with easy access to downtown and mountains. A few things that were interesting: the sofas definitely need replacing and the loud running furnace. It had snowed a lot and could t find a shovel.

Great proximity to campus

Very easy 10 minute was to BSI game. Very clean and plenty of bedding, blankets etc. A couple of starter Kuerig pods would be awesome! Smart TV in living room would be great for viewing games etc.

Quaint cottage close to BSU campus

Clean and adorable house within walking distance of BSU campus. Loved everything about it, especially the patio which we used every day. The only downside is the loud air conditioner. We'll definitely be staying here again.

This unit was supplied to us after 2 different owner cancellations. Julie was kind & responsive. Very clean, comfortable & well-equipped. All the stairs & dragging our luggage in this tri-level townhouse was tough. Nice neighborhood but noisy on our last night at adjacent warehouse & party noise until about 2 am. Wrong WiFi password was given to us, but Ryan was sent to troubleshoot & he was wonderful. I think the unit name, Riverside Haven River Views, is inaccurate; I didn’t see any river views, but maybe others could from the rooftop patio — I couldn’t manage the climb. This was our first VRBO rental & we were satisfied with it.

Perfect location!

We were in town for a concert at Albertsons Stadium. It was an easy walk both ways to the stadium, super close to downtown, and the place itself was really clean and comfortable. The yard wasn’t really taken care of and there’s a low tree limb over the driveway (we drove our truck so was a tight squeeze) but those things didn’t really affect us at all we weren’t there to hangout in the yard lol! Overall would definitely stay here again.

The home was attractive and well furnished. Having a second bedroom in such a small property was a real plus for us. We had a bit of an issue with the home and the hosts were very responsive and came up with a super solution!
